No one at counter when we got here. Sign said be back in 5 minutes. The people in front of us had been waiting 10 minutes already. When the kid finally arrived, he was out of everything to make the smoothies we wanted. So we settled for something else. The guy behind us asked for blizzard and he couldn't make it either he was out of stuff... the counters were dirty, no napkins.... not a good visit

Lived less than a block away for 2 years and hardly ever ate here. The food is usually good and the place is mostly clean, but the staff is very rude every time for no reason. that it made me go out of my way to not eat here

The woman with the asymmetrical hair cut is really rude. I tried to be nice to her because I've seen her give attitude to other customers on a daily basis. I smiled and said hi, but she just sighed and kind of grunted out a hi. This women is never kind to cutomers and could care less. Usually it takes minute to mix up a good blizzard. I had barely stepped away from the counter when she came back with my blizzard. Lets just say it wasn't very good.
Who doesn't love the Ice cream...however store is usually dirty especially bathrooms. I really only eat inside of it's summer and we only get ice cream there.

At the Columbia Mall Dairy Queen, there was one gentlemen working the entire storefront and waiting on multiple customers. While he was ringing up my order, the cash register was having issues accepting my $1 off mobile coupon, so the gentlemen gave me the treat for free!
