Had to at least give one star. I was one of the five that was with Jill Stewart. I tried a bite of everything that I ordered. It was all cold and was not asked by any employee how things were. We left $50 for our drinks, chips, salsa cheese dip and guac. The food that we all ordered is probably still sitting at our table. Taco Bell gives better service

5 of us stopped in from our way from st Louis back to KC. Horrible service, ALL the food came out cold. When I said something about the cold food, they brought back 1 warm plate out of the 5 that had cold food. Left $50 on the table for our chips, salsa, cheese dip, guacamole and cocktails and walked the hell out. We aren't trying to not pay for our stuff, but we should ata bare minimum get good service and hot food. DO NOT RECOMMEND....0 STARS
Ate here twice last week--once for the first time and then went back with someone else. Plenty of tasty food. I tend to judge Mexican food places by their bean dip. This is definitely good. I asked them to hold back on the cheese sauce on the bean dip because there was so much the first time.

I would not recommend due to the food. The service was so so. Extra star bc they were friendly. Unfortunately every dish we had was poorly executed and the salsa had a Ketchupy quality. The restaurant also needs a deep clean, dust everywhere.

El Jimador continues to be a favorite for us. We love the food and the people who work there.The restaurant is always clean, it could use a little updating but that's not super important.What can I say we continue to go back.
Had the shrimp burrito. Taste was excellent, don't have any idea how the taste could be better. But for the price it was tiny.

I'm a regular and I usually order the same thing. Each time I go they treat me well and the food is always good. Shoutout to Jorge for always being so cool.
