I would have gave it a zero if that was an option. First off dining room closed at 830 in morning stopped in from traveling and need to use restroom. So went to drive in to here " first off we are out of sausage and waiting on biscuits " . So left and found another restaurant who wanted my money!

For a place that never seems busy, their pass thru windows were filthy. Can only imagine the rest of the place. Service at window was less than welcoming bordering on rude. Certainly didn't seem interested in customer service. Food was not what was ordered online. Fries were very soggy and cold. Burgers were incorrect from what was ordered.

This Hardee’s is extremely understaffed! Drive through is not a quick venture. There is no prompt service due to the understaffing and drive through can become over a 25 minute ordeal.

2016 Paris Rd. COLUMBIA, Mo.65202Served food cooked in rancid oil. Smelled so bad it was sickening. Called a manager, he stated he knew it was bad oil but instructed to use it, by Corporate. He said they were having trouble getting new oil. Said I could have refund. Next day with recipient and all the food, the front doors were locked and sign on doors to go through drive through. Explain to a female manager, very rude. She stated she did not care and refused to give me money back. Stopped by today to take pictures of door being locked. She aggressively open the door and agressively asked why picture was being taken of the door, in a bully manner. Called Corporate, but they only have email

Waited forever. Didn't even give me the fries that went with my meal. The meal costs a fortune and to have them look at me like you wanted fries? Of course I want fries! I just paid 12 dollars for a chicken sandwich MEAL!

This Hardee's has seen better days. The landscaping is overgrown with weeds and the drive thru has large bumps. The service was decent. Employees don't wear any uniforms. The dining area was locked and only allowed drive through. When I got my food home, there was a hair in the biscuits and gravy container. It's just depressing.

There was only two people working, the cook and a young man doing the counter and the drive up window!! He was fantastic to do all that by himself!! Give the young man a RAISE!!!!

Drove thru the drive thru at 7 am. There was no answer at the speaker, drove to. the window and there were people inside but not answering the drive thru and did not come to the window. Will not return to this Hardee's!

Waited inside 45 minutes for an order that was placed on the app 12 minutes before that. 57 minutes total.. 45 as I was asked what the name on the order was, watched multiple cars leave the drive thru and atleast 8 people come in order and get their food and leave and then again asked what my order was. Was given no apology or explanation.. then as I’m getting in my car the same lady that handed me my food comes out and asks if I’m waiting on food.. they place is a joke. The wrong location closed down as providence was much more reliable. Sean can’t do it all himself

Worst place ever, no one will be there when you pull up and it takes a long time to order and an even longer time to get your order, it's unbelievable that this type of service is going on and ppl still in business, I recommend that no one go here and force them to shut this place down to help someone get that spot that's going to help serve the people that help them stay in business.

April 16, 2023 they literally told everyone in the drive thru come back in a half an hour! Lots of angry people standing in line inside and being turned away at the drive-through whoever owns and operates this business should be ashamed of the staff!

I came into hardees today to get breakfast. I ordered 2 Frisco breakfast combos one with extra ham a chicken biscuit combo an extra order of hashrounds and a chocolate shake. When I got there they told me they didn't have the chicken or milk shake. I could substitute for equal or lesser value but they could not refund my money or the difference if I got somthing lesser value. So instead of the chicken biscuit I got the bacon egg and cheese which cost less so I lost money there and a sausage biscuit instead of the shake so I lost money there. So when he hands me my food all he handed me was a bag with 4 sandwiches. I asked about the drinks and hashrounds. He handed me the drinks and a bag with the hashrounds there were only 3 hashrounds when I ordered 4. Finally I got all my food. When I got home all 3 drinks were supposed to be dr pepper but they were rootbeer. And one of the Frisco sandwiches I paid for extra ham and did not get it. This order could have not been more wrong what the eff hardees I know employees are hard to get but seriously one mistake okay maybe two but this was ridiculous.
