I order cookies nearly 2.5 hours ago and they never showed up. Only after calling wondering what was going on with my order did I learn that they “weren’t doing delivery at this time due to short staffing”. I’m not mad about the circumstance, I’m mad that there was no notice online or any form of outward communication. This was my third and final chance for this company to change my opinion but unfortunately they fell short. Very disappointing.

I ordered cookies for Delivery at 6:55. By 9:05 I had received nothing, not even an update. I called up there just for the girl to tell me they’re not taking deliveries and they’re short staffed. That would have been good to know 2 hours ago! When they got the order why didn’t they call to notify?? I will never order from here again.

I’ve order TWICE in the past week both times my orders were around $50. BOTH times my order was over 30 minutes late. The first time they delivered to the wrong hospital, okay I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. The price and the cookies are not the problem it’s the delivery service. THEY SUCK.

No idea what the cookies are like because the cashier there was more baked than the cookies. She said the card reader didn’t work and you can’t pay in cash. When I asked how said cookies are to be paid for, I got a vacant stare. Weed is very helpful to businesses, take note.

just ordered 6 cookies for delivery at 10:16pm, and they were here no later than 10:40 fresh and hot!!! tasted SO GOOD. seriously amazing and shocked by how quick it was. also deliverer was so friendly :) the milk and water we ordered was also still cold. definitely will be reordering!
