I’ve lived in Columbia my entire life. As a single guy I’m always going out to eat for as cheap and as good as possible. This is it. This place delivers high quality food at an affordable price. I don’t have to wait around for a waitress to fill my water. I can get up and get it my self as soon as I run out. You also have all the condiments that you would need. It’s just perfect.

Very mediocre experience. Service was super slow but out waitress was super nice and she was probably the high point. I got the grilled chicken with Mac and cheese. I will say that the chicken I ordered typically comes with a bun and I ordered without but idk if it would've saved anything - chicken was bland and really the only thing you could taste was char. Mac and cheese was solid though and my family seemed to like their burgers and wings though.

Fresh food to say the least. Servers are all good people wanting to please. Atmosphere - it is part of a super market but very clean.

It was our 1st time dining this morning at Hy-Vee Market Grille & it was a great experience from start to finish. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we approached the counter. Lillian, behind the counter was very friendly, & knowledgeable about menu items. Food was fresh, hot & delicious! I had the Starter 8; scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes & pancakes. My husband had biscuits & gravy. Our entrees were good portions & the coffee was fresh & hot. I sure wish they had a store & cafe in the St Louis metro area, where we live, because we loved it. Can't wait to come back to Columbia so we can eat there again!

This is for Columbia mo hyvee and corporate in general. I went into these stores and every time i ask an employee what is wrong or mentally or physically these are the things I hear and it makes me sick to know this is going on... These are them: Female employees are constantly treated as less than their male counterparts to the point where if something goes wrong their manager blames what goes wrong on these people being women... When brought to corporate it is pushed under the rug and they talk to each employee convincing them that everything is okay and they shouldn't speak up about anything... This same manager named Steve was back in work the next day blaming women for his things not being done and even made a gesture at a woman in front of a corporate person indicating the problem was her body and her being a woman and not just because she is a person. it is blatent and disgusting that this is still going on and hyvee should be cancelled if it doesn't respect people as people.

Totally unorganized. Bartender said we had to order in the store, store was clueless and said we had to go to a bar. They don't have menus. Never coming back.

I have never heard of someone carding both people when we were both on the same payment. But the rude lady checking us out decided to and our car was broiling into yesterday so of course she refused to sell us alcohol even though we had a valid id. I will never come back

We decided to go here instead of the grocery store closer to us just to see if we can save more money than usual. Usually the store closer to us we save a couple dollars here we only got $.37 off per gallon of fuel after spending close to $258.00 in one trip. Also I chose to use self checkout so I can accurately bag our groceries & know what bag has what ( if we buy sweets we put it all in one bag & throw our children off by adding chips on top of it so they don't get it - when they have sweets they turn hateful. Well during self checkout as I was bagging I was removing our items off the bagging area & one of the associates manning the self check out came over " ma'am you didn't ring up the grapes knowing that I did me & my fiancé both told her yes I did because since I bought two bags one was rung up then couldn't do the other one until the one was rung up was already bagged & weighed. She refused to look at the screen so my fiancé polip
