I came in only a few minutes before close, which is 3 am mind you. But the lady there was the kindest person I’ve ever met. Also the cookies were delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back, probably not as close to close.
I used to love to eat Insomnia CookiesWhich I have done since they opened here. Unfortunately the last few times I went the cookies I ate were hard and not soft and moist. I was most disappointed after spending 10 Bucks on 4 cookies. Maybe I wait and see if my next experience is different. I give it 2 stars after my last experience. Person who greeted me was not very friendly.

I placed an online order, it was accepted but the store was still closed. They didn't even have a sign on the store to say that they were closed for a few hours or the day or whatever and it was inconvenient trying to get a refund. Just this particular location though, other than that I love Insomnia.

Trash selection after 9pm. Everything tasted pre-made, go to Walmart and buy Pillsbury.

cookies are good but not crazy. the service here was the worst. I went inside to order and the two workers there were some of the most angering people i've ever had to deal with. they literally had airpods in listening to music. they looked like they wanted to kill themselves being there and the girl there had one of the most punchable faces and attitudes i have ever encountered. most likely will not be going back and if i may, offer up some advise to get a new crew.

Really enjoy these cookies in the past. Tonight was about an hour for delivery for a six pack and the 2 M&Ms and 2 double chocolates were cold and hard. The sugar cookie were soft, but not warm.We have come to expect better?

I visited this establishment today. I walked in and four customers were in front of me. I was assisted by Shannon as she stated, "take your time and order when you're ready " I ordered three salted caramel cookies and chocolate chunk with reese's. Shannon stated they were out of those so I went with a s'mores cookie. The service of Shannon was very professional and very helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of the service given by Shannon.

Usually great service and quality from them but last night ordered cookiewich and some cookies. The side cookies were old cold and hard. Not fresh at all. The cookiewich which usually comes with cookies separated and the icing in a cup. This was delivered 7 mins late. The cookie was premade and placed on a paper plate.
We ordered and they delivered are cookies didn’t even knock cookies sat outside for 30 minutes and had a whole bug due to sitting outside wilk be contacting head HR

One of the best cookie places around. Bought cookies now 4 nights again, we’re still fresh and good to eat after 3 full days. Went back again to get more. Highly recommend salt caramel pretzel cookie!
