I love Jack In The Box, but this location is not kept very clean. I used to love visiting this one but it has went down hill. The floors feel like they mop them with grease from the fryer. They make their own hours, often not open when posted hours state they should be. The last time I went in there was a truck parked outside with the open sign on and doors open but no one would answer me when I tried to get an employee's attention to order. I stood inside for 10 mins and honestly I could have walked out with anything I wanted because there was litterally no one there, but I didn't. When I reached out to cooperate they wouldn't even respond. I've been told by a friend they might not even reopen since the COVID-19 shutdown and I'm not surprised.

It was my first time trying Jack in the Box and they gave an awful fast food experience. The food was disappointing from what I was expecting. Specifically, the fries were stale and tasted old. When I was at the intercom with my window open it took a while for someone to finally greet me. Lastly, the cashier looked depressed.

The customer service wasn’t that great. The food was good. But could do better with the customer service. And they was out of soda, no coke dr.paper

I waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I then waited at the window for my order for another 5 minutes only to realize they forgot my egg rolls, so I waited ANOTHER 5 minutes for them to complete my order. The workers were rude & acted like it was an inconvenience to do their job. Terrible service & wait time. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

My husband went through the drive through. They put way too much salt on the fries and the tacos were stale and old just like the fries. Poor service. Poor quality when I've been to other Jack in the box locations in other cities and this location only really deserves 1 star but I'm being nice. There was one time only 1 employee was there so they closed the store. Wth?.

So far have had a 50/50 shot of the chicken sandwiches being cook here. Luckily this last one was overcooked :) The only reason I keep trying to go here was because of how great the one in Fort Worth was, but I think I'm done comparing the two because clearly one has standards and the other doesn't.

Barely fried mozzarella sticks so there was a gross texture to them. Other food items okay. 6 different flavors out in the soda machine and no sweet tea. We went inside to order and eat as it was well after dinner so we were the only people there and we had to clean a table to eat at since every single table was dirty. We checked every single one including the bar type seating in the back and everything dirty and fully staffed. Gal who brought our food was nice but they had also forgotten two things and had to go back. Not that many in drive thru that could be seen. Will never go to this location again.

Second time our order has been messed up, first time there was no bacon on any sandwiches and they put ketchup on the tacos instead of taco sauce. We didn't realize until we were already home so we brushed it off as a simple mistake. Today, we went through the drive through and Meri was less than friendly. No big deal, opening hours aren't always fun on a Holiday, I get it. Pick your battles, right? So we checked our order before leaving to find 4 tacos were missing which we had already paid for and was clearly on our receipt and order ticket. My husband went inside to ask for the missing tacos and Meri argued that she had placed them in our bag as if she was questioning our honesty, over $2 tacos?? He offered to bring in the bags (which had already ripped from being overfilled) and Meri then said she would "just make them again." The entire experience at this location has been less than satisfactory. I understand mistakes are made and that is clearly not the issue. But questioning a paying customer's integrity over $2 tacos and expressing a very sour attitude throughout is not acceptable for anyone in the customer service or food industry. This location needs some serious training.To top it off, we both ordered our drinks with light ice and came home to find the cups filled, meaning we paid several dollars for ice and a few sips of soda. These locations will continue to steal money from paying customers if there is no accountability in quality control and decent customer service.

50/50 chance that it's actually open during their open hours. Just went and watched an employee sit on their phone while customers tried to order in the drive through. I tried to go inside and the dude made EYE CONTACT with me then ran away to the back. It's honestly not worth the waste of time when there are better options within 2 minutes of it.

Get here and the drive thru is closed. No problem.... I go inside. Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Then a woman comes up not in uniform, and with headphones in to take my order. I asked for lite sauce and physically could see on the screen behind her it said extra sauce.... so I confirmed it was lite and she said said yes. It was most certainly not. Nor did she inform them that it shouldve been lite instead of extra. Kitchen is gross. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Not sure I'll be back as this isnt the first bad experience I've had.

Don't even bother with this place. On a good day they are impossibly slow. I was the only person in the dining room one day, it took them five or more minutes to take my order, then 17 minutes to get my very simple order. They are supposed to be open 24 hours (the drive through at least) but one evening at eleven minutes after 10 I went to the drive through and was utterly ignored. I even pulled up to the window, saw an employee there, and he ignored me as hard as he could.

Restaurant was very dirty! The cashier acted like it was painful to smile or take my order! I know people have bad days but if she’s like that all the time find another job.

I work the night shift so when I came in the middle of the night and placed my order they said OK but when I asked that they make it fresh and I didn't mind waiting they got very rude and tried telling me their system was down so they wouldn't be able to take my order. Garbage lazy service. Will not be coming back

Too inconsistent. I want to give a higher rating, but due to highly inconsistent quality of food and service I must give a low rating. When it's fresh, it's great, but on multiple occasions I've been given cold burgers, fries, and tacos.
