My girlfriend ordered through the app for delivery. I understand it's very cold but she ordered at 6:11, an hour later she hadn't received an update or anything. We called the store multiple times but whoever was on the other line would pick the phone up and hang up immediately. We knew someone picked up because the amount of rings each time was different. I understand the cold and the wait time for delivery, but for people to pick the phone up and hang up immediately is ridiculous. Don't order from here.

Placed order at 7:29 pm. Order arrived at 9:25 pm. Weather is very cold so I figured there would be a wait. However, two hours is a long time when realistically this location is 1.1 miles from my work. I’m unable to leave work or I would have gone in and picked it up myself. Sandwich wasn’t cut in half as requested on the receipt. I also ordered mayo and mustard packets which were not included but that’s not a huge deal. I ordered extra Jimmy peppers and there were less than there normally is when just ordering the regular amount. Sandwich bread was pretty stale as well. Overall not a good experience which is sad because I love Jimmy Johns!!

They closed at 10 pm tonight, I made it by 10:15. I stood outside the window in the cold like a lost puppy. I saw one lonely worker cleaning up, but he didn't notice me. I Googled the number and called, to my surprise he went and answered the phone. I let him know all I wanted was a loaf of day old bread and some mayo packets. This man (older guy, grey handlebar mustache) not only said no problem at all, but he gave it to me at no charge. Idk about the rest of the workers, but that fella deserves a big raise.

Place an online order at about 12:30 p.m. after 1:00 p.m. call the restaurant food was still there. Went and picked up the food made it home and it was not what I ordered. I am a vegetarian so I asked for extra cucumber and ranch seasoning. And none of that is on the sandwich! Very disappointed!!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian sandwich is good if you can get it the way you order it. I have ordered it plenty of times and it was always good with the ranch seasoning and extra veggies. When I got it this time plain with four cucumber four tomatoes. Sad

It doesnt really run at all and trying to call the story for deliver info just comes up with an empty ringer. They dont call or keep you up to date on your order and food comes way later than the time said.

We ordered vegetarian sandwiches and were given turkey sandwiches instead. That was quite a surprise! Recommend ensuring the team knows what the menu was a so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Ordered my food while at work while I had my first opportunity to eat for the day. An hour and a half later I close my store to go home and nothing. No food, no phone call. Nothing. I will never be ordering Jimmy Johns again as this has been a consistent experience. Also tried calling the store and recieved no answer at any time.
