Absolute depressing experience. My mother father, son and I had lunch/dinner here yesterday for my son's 12th b-day. My mum's salad was incorrect and when we questioned the server she returned it to the kitchen but with an unpleasant attitude. After waiting 30 mins for the correct order, the server brought the salad back, without the chicken and the server suggested that she TAKE THE CHICKEN OFF THE OLD SALAD AND USE IT ON THE NEW ONE!!! UN... REAL!!! There is quite a bit more unpleasantness after that but I'm in no mood to waste any more time on the whole rotten matter. It's enough just to conclude that I hope none else has to deal with a similar experience. Maybe just avoid Longhorn in the future.

I visited here last night with a party of 6 other people. We waited for close to an hour, and in that entire time no one ever gave us menus to look at or ever offered us any explanation of what was going on. We were all getting tired and hungry, so Cicis Pizza from across the street got our business instead. When we were walking out the door, there was still no comment from the steakhouse. I had wanted to come back for my birthday in June, but now I have no intention of coming back anytime soon. Imagine if all 7 of us had ordered a steak and baked potato. ? Your loss!

We celebrated my husbands' birthday yesterday (02-29-24 about 3:00) and we were very disappointed. First of all, the music was too loud with a obnoxious bass beat. We've all been at a stop light with someone's bass pounding. Very uncomfortable. Second, I ordered my steak (6 oz. Renegade) medium & it came out thin & well done. A few months ago, my steak (same size) was ordered medium rare & was raw. Third, on a good note, our waitress was exceptional and very accomodating to our needs. Sorry, that I didn't get her name. Longhorn was once a good place to eat but we won't be back. The icecream sundae for my husbands birthday was a nice treat. It certainly wasn't worth the $70.00 that we spent.
