The dough boy cussed me out, (now known as the owner) because every attempt I made to ask about an online order, I was ignored. It's very clear that online orders are made last and walk-in orders are priority! It's very clear that I was discriminated against and felt a sense of fear for my safety when the he came from the kitchen screaming at me with his finger in my face, I had to back up because in all honesty, one never knows when another is on the verge of snapping, and that's exactly the way this guy appeared! This was my first time visiting and my last time! I have filed a complaint with the company I'm contracted through, to investigate this matter fully! Nothing about this establishment was appealing except for one young lady that appeared to be doing everything! And to the owner, you cussed me out, I see nothing but a downward spiral for this business. Noone wants to pay money to a business that's not even in order. Your staff isn't and most importantly, you aren't either ... Side note: Here's how you, as a business owner could've prevented any confusion, miscommunication and disagreements without using profound words, while storming through the area: You could've assigned someone specifically for that area in which no one was! You could've made time (like you did to cuss me out) to come out of of the kitchen to briefly tell me & the rest of the customers waiting, that the orders would be delayed. We can handle that!! You as a business owner should know how to deescalate any and all confrontations. Instead, I was addressed as BRO, throughout your temper tantrum.. Don't try to flip it here, I stayed patient for the longest time, rang the bell and you got upset because you wanted too.. And since you found time to reply to my review, apparently you haven't had time to address the other 1 star reviews, paying customers.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Visit was on st Patrick's day, so busy is to say the least. The service was still well. Our Waiter didn't show any distress made us feel very welcome & appreciated. Only thing won't do when we go back is order the pizza. I almost didn't even wanna pay for it ? so under cooked toppings feel off when picked it up and way to much sauce. Took home and fed to the dogs
Ordered $40+ worth of wings while playing pool and someone either bussed the table or jacked them and walked away with nothing after waiting an hr...when asked what happened to our wings it was our fault for not picking them up immediately

We come here every other week or so, usually just for a beer. Came in around 4:20 today (2/23) and sat at a table fairly close to the bar. It was not busy at all. We waited a few minutes for the server to come over for our order. After several other people came in after us, and were waited on, we got up and left. Went to Billiards on Broadway where we were waited on promptly. It may be some time before we come back to McNally's.

McNallys is an amazing bar and restaurant! They are extremely personable! And it’s an at home feeling, vibe, they give you no matter what you look like. The atmosphere is awesome. They even have a pool table if you’re waiting on your food. With all of that being said. The best part is their food and very affordable drinks!

My first time there was great ,I ordered fried pickles for my appetizer, they a cut smaller to be like French fries, which was delicious and good portion for the money. My dinner was the breaded garlic cheese curds with ranch and marinara,was so good and portion. My wife got the nachos was really good and shareable.

Went in to have drinks after dinner up the street. The server told us upon ordering a snack and 2 beverages that “if you throw up in here you have to clean it up”. We had ordered 2 car bombs and a beer a piece. The rest of our party arrived and they were refused service until they drank enough water, per the servers request. No worries, got to stay hydrated! After attempting to order another round of drinks our server checked our consumption of water and deemed it unacceptable. We were told “I’m not going to over serve you guys, you’re welcome to go somewhere else that will”. So that’s what we did! T-Ravs were good though! ?♂️Dietary restrictions: Alcohol apparently
