We put it in a large catering order for a nonprofit event. In the past, they donated 300 burritos for free but suddenly made us pay full price. We still went through and ordered quesadillas and confirmed THREE times the quantity and time of pick up. When the pickup time arrived they said they did not have an order because they "didn't have our contact information" despite us giving contact information, calling, and emailing them. After trying to blame us for their shortcomings, we presented evidence contrary to their belief that we had not made the order or been in contact. We needed the food for the event so asked that they continue and they only discounted 15 out of 150 quesadillas. A 10% discount for forgetting an order for a large event and being hours late is infuriating! The quesadillas were fine but they are just bread and cheese so it does not make up for how bad they messed up. To other non profits or catering orders don't do it!

THE BEST Pancheros around is HERE! Every time I get delivery from their online app they give me an over the top order! They don’t skip around, they mean business! This location goes over the top for their customers. They even put a smiley face on your receipt. :-)

I only came to this location a couple of times a month before a couple weeks ago, but all that changed after I met Señor Randy. Due to his hospitality and above and beyond efforts to ensure the greatest experience for not only I but all customers, I come in all the time now! He is the most helpful and legitimate GuacStar the Pancheros enterprise has ever seen! Wow! Keep up the good work hermano!

I am a person who definitely prefers Pancheros to Chipotle. The tortillas are out of this world and really add to the burritos. I always get a bowl to go with two burrito tortillas on the side to protion out the size. I think that the fajita veggies are better at this establishment as well than its competitors.
