Panera is the most miserable restaurant on the planet and I avoid it at all costs. Today meeting family I had no choice but was reminded why i hate it. They have discontinued half their menu including sesame bagels, chocolate bagels, blueberry bagels, cinnamon scones, blueberry scones and that’s just what we asked for. They also no longer sell hot chocolate. I really don’t get why anyone would go here. And on top of it all they require a response on a guilt tip for handling you an empty cup. Please go out of business soon!

The food is decent, however I have been there of multiple occasions where they run out of certain ingredients or items on their menu even if it's the middle of the day. So I highly recommend having a second or third alternative.
We have used this Panera for many years. Unfortunately the service has progressively become worse in the last few years. Last night we used the App to order our meal. When we went in to get our online order, which are now kept behind the counter, employees actually turned their backs when they saw us coming up to the counter. While standing there to pick up our order several employees looked up, said nothing and went back to work. Finally, someone, not in uniform, ask if they could help us. We then asked and received our order. When we got home we discovered that 2 bakery items we were charged for were missing. I have phoned the store several times and after the correct automated number was entered to speak to a manager, the phone rings but is never answered.

I work with panera a lot placing catering orders with the university and for over a week they no longer answer the phone (I've tried all different times of day thinking maybe they were just busy) So I've now placed my past 3 orders with Hyvee and Jimmy Johns. It's too bad because I really enjoyed their box lunches.

I don’t normally do reviews, but when I placed a carryout order, this place gave the wrong food, and I found hair in the food they did provide.
This has turned into just self serve. You enter, order food on a tablet with no employee assistance. Grab whatever size cup you ordered and sit with a buzzer until called. You pick up food cafeteria style. Food was good but zero customer service… unpleasant experience. Tables haven’t been bussed in a while either. Lots were dirty with hardly any customers here

Manager on duty was marcus good something and he seemed uninterested in helping me find my order that just magically was missing and instead of re making it he just decided to keep looking for it and it was obviously it wasnt around . Ended up wasting my entire lunch break. Be a manager or dont be one at all. Worst experience ever, always is coming here. Rude people
