I placed an order online and received a conformation at around 12:30 for pick up at 3:00. I arrived at the store where 5 associates were sitting around or standing. I asked for my order and I was told they were out of dough! I was told it would be an hour before more was ready. I asked for my money back and they said it would take 24 hours.The attitude of the staff was smug and gave the attitude they really did not care. It was not their problem. As I left upset they were laughing.We order from PM's at least once a week. It is 20 minutes from our house but it has been worth.I am not sure if we will return. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever hadShame on these staff members. I hope the manager reads this.I would give this review a "0" but want to make sure it is read.

Placed an order for two large pizzas the afternoon of Super Bowl Sunday and they had them ready in 20 minutes, exact as ordered. Counter help & manager (had a coupon) were both pleasant & professional, with no "attitude" about using coupon (as happens at South Side & Shakespeare). Tasty pizzas baked at home are excellent!

Walked in placed an order waited about 10 min to find out they did not have the toppings to make the pizza. No body in the store had the ability to refund so I ended up leaving with a recipt for $38.44 and a promise of a refund at a later dare. Done with this place.

They make the best take and bake pizzas I've ever bought. They use a huge amout of toppings and will substitute anything you dont like foe example onion for extra olives or anything else. The crust and sauce is amazing. Better yet they accept EBT. They also have a huge variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. Their staff is courteous and clean. You need to try this place.

Then the last few times we've ordered over the phone and placed our order with who we think is the manager, Neil. Since then our pizzas have been very good, and Neil has been a pleasure to work with!
