We had the 2pc catfish dinner and it was soooo good! The portions were huge and it was hot and fresh. I had the cabbage and the Mac n cheese for my sides. My husband had the Okra and the green beans. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. This is definitely our spot for catfish in the future!

I ordered the pork chops rice and gravy and green beans. The pork chops were so salty and hard I didn't even finish them. The rice and gravy taste very bland. The green beans were ok. Just no balance in flavor. Now I have eaten here before and I had oxtails which tasted pretty good but this last visit really wasted my money. I mean the staff was nice though.

Everything that is fried is well seasoned and fresh. Crispy and not greasy. My personal favorites are the shrimp and the chicken dinner. The yams are the best I've ever had. I was greeted in the door by my first name and the hospitality was amazing. Portion sizes are more than generous everytime. Very affordable for college students, I will definitely be back!
This food is TOP TIER!!! We come from DC and stopped by on our way. Randomly found this spot on yelp and all the reviews are legit. The food is freshly made to order. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. Will definitely be back for dinner. The catfish is a must try.

Everyone gets a nice welcoming hello when you enter, that's very nice. The 2pc fried catfish was very good. Nice size portions and good flavor. It was a bit salty, but the cabbage was unsalted, so that was a balance. I don't think i would order the cabbage again. I would definitely try a different veggie. The potato salad was my other side, and it was on point. I'm happy I ate at the restaurant cause having the fish at its hottest made a difference. The option of 4 different sauces is good customer service. If in the area I would try it again.
