Worst experience I have ever had with a dining establishment. I ordered and payed for delivery. Not all of the items arrived so I tried calling the store. Three phone calls went unanswered. I drove to the store and requested the missing food and the amount paid for delivery. I was told that I could have the missing food or a refund for the food but that they would not pay me back for the delivery fee. When I protested, the general manager yelled at me, threw the food on the floor and told me to leave his [word redacted] store. They were obviously understaffed, stressed, and unable to provide reasonable service to their customers. I won’t be getting food from there again.

When we came to the Pizza Hut the cashier said is pick up and we said no is a take out because we didn’t order on phone then the lady back there cooking started cussing not like yelling then when we order there was a black male behind us he was a pick up guy then all the employees started talking to him then we left because the employees a annoy us then we didn’t get are food the worst Pizza Hut this is why we go to little Caesars

I order one large pizza. Placed at 6:21pm it said it was going to be here around 7:03pm. No big deal I’m assuming they are busy. By the time we got our pizza it was 7:34 and it was cold! I called so many times and the line just for no one to answer. What is the point of having a number if it’s not going to go through or no one is going to pick up.

Much better than the Nifong location. I had given up on Pizza Hut after living by the Nifong location. We thankfully gave them another chance at this location. Food was fresh and made correctly. The staff was friendly and actually had pride in their work.

What an absolute joke of an establishment. These people screwed up my order, wasted over an hour of my time and I still got not food. On top of that I tried to call 5 times and got hung up on every time. Absolutely

UPDATE: I was contacted by Pizza Hut this evening. They offered me delivery of soda or $10 store credit or a full refund if I returned to the store. I took the in-store credit. So Pizza Hut made us right.I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 two liter sodas from Worley Pizza Hut. When the order arrived at the house no 2 liters. I called the store and I spoke to a manager who found the order and offered to refund or to deliver the 2 two liters. I opted for the delivery of the sodas. By late Sunday afternoon I received neither the sodas or refund. Not good business practices. If you didn't want to deliver don't offer. If you offer keep your word.
Love this location. Always great food and friendly folks.

Still sitting here waiting for the food, currently at 40 minutes. There are still people who were here waiting when we walked in. This one Karen lady complained, didn’t help her case. The young gal who seems to be in charge is a bit rude as well(the one that wears sunglasses at night). Very disappointed with the service.
