There is really no point in ordering online because they don’t put together the order ahead of time, they wait until you’re there. But they also won’t bother to acknowledge you if you wait in the mobile pickup area. So if you’re going to stand in line and then wait the same amount of time for your food you may as well just order it there in the line. It’ll probably be done quicker that way.

This was my first time at Popeye's! It was fantastic! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it definitely lived up to what I've heard! Very crispy, fresh, the bun was soft but not soggy, all around a great food experience. Definitely recommend and will be back again!

Just went there today 313 4:18 PM. Ordered a two piece with a high sea which was water didn’t even check to see that they screwed up while I’m waiting for my food to pick up. You hear somebody Yelling you in the window. Didn’t provide silverware, napkins, the red beans rice my side was rice. There were I ever had. Obviously, no management skills here. No one can obviously run the store. Otherwise our service would’ve been great.

I just came from Popeyes, I ordered a classic flounder fish sandwich and cajun fries.I received the spicy sandwich and they just dumped the fries in the bottom of t he bag, no container they just dumped in the bottom of the bag. I really wanted a good fish sandwich. It's a shame the kids working on this day just don't care.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is for the woman who was at the drive thru window was so nice. I ordered a 2pc w/ red beans and rice. I get home had literally nothing I ordered. I called 5 times in a row and no answer. The store closes at 10. Less teenagers. That woman in the window shouldn’t have to tell them to work or to stock. God bless her.
