We really don't go out to eat often and it was my first time going to Red Lobster and it was FANTASTIC, I don't usually eat all of my food and I ate almost all of it! The service was better than any other experience I've had! Amanda was the best server! I think she needs a raise because she was busy and took action quickly I wish I had been more prepared to have such a good experience with her! She deserves a huge thanks!

McKenzee, the service manager at the Columbia Red Lobster, is awesome! We stopped by on our way home from a conference (tired and hungry) where she quickly helped us with our take out order. Chase, from the bar, also jumped in and got our lobster biscuits while we waited. He is awesome, too! We appreciate their fast and friendly service!!

Book the banquet room in the restaurant to use for a presentation 2 months ahead of time. Week before the presentation they call and cancel because the Red Lobster management wants to have a meeting at their location. Will Red Lobster management you can keep your restaurant to yourself will never use you again
Let me first start off by saying that I am in no way bashing this restaurant, my girlfriend and I frequent it every year on valentines day as our tradional thing and weve always been served the best food and had the best servers. That being said, I made a reservation for 7:30 the evening prior to valentines day and upon arriving 20 minutes early I was told they didn't have my reservation and that I'd have to wait. I waited 30 minutes to be seated, fine whatever, they're busy. Once we were seated we were greeted by a lovely waitress and everything was fine up until the hour long wait for our food. They closed at 9 and that's when we started eating. My complaint is the management of how they handle the reservations, it could definitely be tweaked. Especially since I paid a pretty penny for everything. Other than that I think this restaurant is killer! I love it.

We made a reservation because the Jefferson city Red Lobster was closed due to a fire. Were able to walk in at our scheduled time, while others ahead of us had to wait 45 minutes. EVERYTHING was great. Our server was busy but on it! The bartender manager was fantastic. Just a great dinner for Valentine's Day! Thank

Went for the endless shrimp meal. They were very busy and over cooked them. They were a little rubbery. The new salt and vinegar shrimp are surprisingly good.
