My kid spilled his shake... Like within five seconds of being in his hands his brother hit this one in a milli shot and busted the side out of the cup... and I get it it was the kids fault but I still think they should have replaced it on gp they did not so i spent $12 on one $6 shake.

Ever since I discovered that drinks are half price on the app, I have not stopped coming here for yummy drinks every time I am within a certain radius of this Sonic location. It's a problemThe ability to drive up and eat in a stall is very unique and adds a somewhat fun aspect to a visit. The rotating special menu items are good to check out every once and a while! All in all, the food is decent for the price and making custom drinks is a blast.
I accidentally ordered my food from the wrong store and called to see if there was any way to cancel. Instead of just saying yes or no, the employee responded with “Since it’s only a drink, I guess I’ll cancel it but in the future you need to be more aware. We aren’t obligated or required to do this.” I wasn’t really worried about the two dollars but since they were hateful, I care now, ESPECIALLY since I tipped. I’ll happily drive out of my way now to go to the Sonic on Buttonwood.
