Kaleb (that’s the name on the receipt) was working the drive thru window and intercom today 12/12 around 330 he was so pleasant and had such a good attitude! Sometimes i come here and the staff just seem like they hate their jobs and are not friendly at all however he was very positive and had great customer service skills.
Im a frequent customer that comes to this sonic alot and tonight I felt so disrespected and treated like my money wasn't good enough. Me and my significant other was getting a pretty large order of food it was over 40$ worth of food and I had 134$ and 100$ of that was a hundred dollar bill. So that older women comes out and sets are food down pretty aggressively and says the total and we tell her all we have is the 100$ bill and she rudely tells us she can't take that and I show her the rest of the money I had in my pocket. Then she snatches up the food and drinks and says see ya. TOOK THE FOOD IN THE STORE AND THREW IT AWAY! OVER 40$ WORTH OF FOOD THROWN IN THE TRASH! Not to mention that we walked there and waited in the cold for nothing. I will never come here again and I litterly live right by the place. Don't go here they have terrible service. Especially the old women at night shift she's rude and needs to learn some ppl skills.

Friendly staff mixed in with a short wait time. Prices are a bit expensive food wise, Sonic App has half off all drinks in witch I think is amazing. Several Kiosks need fixed due to them not working, Not to mention the Drive-Thru speaker can test your patience a bit due to the employees apologizing or saying yell at them because they cannot hear well through it. Overall I had a great experience with the kiddos. This Restaurant is turning things around keep it up!Kid-friendliness: They have a outdoor pavilion you can sit with you kids. Or you can tailgate
