I'm not sure what's going on with this location lately, but it's gone downhill. It's never consistent. Sometimes my drink is right. But most of the time it tastes like they didn't even put the syrup in my latte. Sometimes they won't even bother to put the right toppings for my drink. When you're spending over $7 for a latte it should be right most times. I understand people make mistakes, but this is just rushing and not caring because it's almost every time. It's just the employees not being consistent with how they make the drink. And to top it off, I keep having to ask for a sleeve the past 3 times I've gone. Is starbucks not wanting to put sleeves on their hot coffees anymore? You have to request the sleeve every time? And when I go they usually only have 3 or 4 people in the drive thru, so it's not like they are super busy and that would be more understandable. I'm to the point where I just want to buy my own espresso machine and stop spending my money for a drink that's subpar.

This Starbucks has updated to focus on speed to love people through the drive thru. It’s definitely faster than it used to be. No longer has seating inside. If you order online the drinks are ready to pick up inside quickly as well. This is our favorite store to stop at in Columbia. It’s located near Walmart and Hyvee if you need to grab some groceries or other items we love getting the warm croissant rolls as well

They do have a drive up window but it is only for picking up orders that have already been placed. There is no menu outside. The girl that helped me was very helpful.
