Worst service ever. My sandwich was super dry with almost NO chicken and over toasted so it just fell apart. There was only 1 other customer there and it took over 15 minutes to get our subs. I stood at the counter waiting for a drink refill while the counter attendant was out front talking on the phone. Her friend finally came over and gave me a refill. Also no bathrooms to wash up Just a sad experience for as expensive as it was!

The service was great.Friendly and was wonderful making changes to sandwich.My only complaint was the lack of cheese on the veggie. It was melted of course but cheese was barely visible. Resembled veggies on bun. For the price more cheese definitely needed.Vegetarian options: Great amount of veggies.More cheese needed!This sub would be great with a sweet & hot mustard.

Subshop on Worley made it right but don’t go to to Parkade until management gets it under control. Food was awful, when I checked my order the cook accused me of second guessing him. They had friends come in that sped through the parking lot almost running a guy over. Only decent person working was the young man at the cash register who asked the other two employees to stop dropping f bombs. What should have been 15 minutes ended up taking over an hour. The manager on the phone was very nice but the staff on Worley were less than friendly and kept referring to me as the “parkade order”. If I pay for food and it’s wrong the company needs to issue a refund or remake it and the manager made the decision to have them remake it.

So Parkade locations service and food has gone to hell in a hand basket!!! Order was messed up in multiple ways, out of bacon, cucumbers and boiled eggs but no shortage of moldy cheese cake!!

This location has gone downhill. My order was taken by someone in a Taco Bell uniform. Sir this is a Sub Shop. They made my basic Italian sandwich incorrectly and didn't add pizza sauce. There was political stickers all over the place.

I’m not one to complain, but I’ll never go to any of their locations again, these people are abhorrently incompetent. ZERO STARS isn’t an option cause that’s what these people deserve.

Ordered by phone for pick up simple order whole veggie on white bread…..i was starving drove across town go pick it up go home after a few bites i notice my sandwich is missing several ingredients i call and let the shop know was not offered a refund a remake or anything just that they would pass my concerns on to the manager. very disappointing and $16 down the drain a regular customer who will no longer waste my money.

We just needed a cold place to get some wiggles out, so we decided to take a walk through the Parkade Plaza. So glad that we walked into the sub shop for the very first time. The girl at the front was so kind and helpful. We decided to buy a brownie for dessert and it was absolutely delicious. I have to come back to get some of the delicious sounding subs next time! Totally coming back.

Have enjoyed Sub Shop for years--too many to count but had never been to this location and because were at the start of a major family road trip, this location was most convenient as we drove through Columbia and we ate here. Whole hoagie on wheat for most of the family and a meatball sub thrown in for good measure. Same great food as ever! Started the road trip ona great note! Thanks Sub Shop! Highly recommend!
