Ordered through Door Dash and receipt was right but order was wrong. tried to call, but nobody will answer your phone or return message. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. The sandwich was wrong, the pretzels were left out, and the churros were nothing to write home about. After all the commercial hype, we were really looking forward to trying the new sides.

Honestly, I haven’t even eaten my sandwich yet, and I was considering providing a review solely due to the 40ish year old cashier named Tina! She was wonderful!! She was so thoughtful and considerate. Her sales pitch was great and she kept ip an active and engaging conversation making the three of us feel entertained. The most amazing part is she didn’t slow down one bit! The food was the ? and made EXACTLY how we wanted it!! Thank you Tina! Just by being you, you made obtaining a quick meal fun and positive.

I thought the meat and cheese were supposed to be freshly sliced. Pfffft, no way. The meat is still laying there, clearly pre-sliced with the wax paper in between each portion. THEN, the woman goes from cleaning the back "kitchen" and proceeded to try and make meal WITHOUT changing gloves/washing her hands. I walked out.

I was really disappointed in my sandwich and she was wrapping it I noticed the bread was brown and burnt so I asked her if it was burnt and she said that's up to you and walked away from my sandwich without offering to remake

It's been good lately. Which is saying something since Covid.They are also pretty efficient since they have to deal with Hickman students.There's so much turnover, you really need to rely on more recent reviews if you're looking at face food

This was the first time I've had subway in years because I've been disappointed so many times and I didn't have high expectations about this trip. To my surprise, my sandwiches were done when the app said they would be and they were absolutely perfect. There were 2 Black women working when I walked in, a more seasoned woman and a younger one with piercings in her face. I don't know which one made my sandwiches but she put her whole foot in them. They both greeted me when I walked in and told me to have a nice day as I left. I don't usually leave reviews but this was a perfect experience.

When you ask for a BLT you expect its common sense to at the lettuce and tomato right? Here I sit with a bacon and mayo sandwich.
Went to this location for dinner with my family after going to the location on Conley that was closed an hour earlier than posted. When we entered this location the young girl behind the counter said they were closing, we questioned "closing?" She said "yes we close at 9". It was only 8:30pm, which means yes you close at 9pm but you continue to serve customers until 9pm. She had already cleared the food from the bins so there was no way to order anyways. As we are leaving the parking lot the same young woman was seen taking sandwiches out to to people sitting in the parking lot. Terrible service.

Sorry subs are not worth $14 they don't give you enough meat mostly bread and toppings...if there was zero Starts I'd give them 5 very disappointed with my at subway ??????... Jimmy John's rate them 10 ⭐'s if I could never been disappointed not one time...

No restroom (despite indoor seating), cash only, wilted vegetables (9am so left over from previous day?).
