The only Taco Bell in Columbia (of 5 locations I drove to) that was actually open when they said they were open, and actually taking orders not just doing Uber eats orders. Staff was so friendly too! Thank you for being open late!! :)

I ordered the new chicken tacos. They forgot to give those to me in my order. I also ordered of cheese roll ups and they forgot to give me them. Some of them with the chicken tacos were supposed to come nachos. I didn’t get that so I didn’t get the crunchy tacos that I ordered and so I go to the Taco Bell to tell the guy the things I didn’t get and he wants to sit there and argue with me the manager so I will never go to this Taco Bell or recommend this talk about it no one ever.

I have given this location two chances and both time they have failed me. I get it, y’all work for Taco Bell. But try not to sound like you’d rather kill yourselves than take an order.I’ve worked in customer service for five years and my managers in the past would have lost their minds if I approached my guests the way you all do. I don’t know who was in the drive-through on 2/19/24 at about 11:30, but you need a therapy session, some free food and a job loss. You treated both me and my friend like we inconvenienced your life by ordering some food. Get out of the window if you can’t handle taking orders there.Rule number one of drive thru food service if you’ve never been told: never assume there’s just one person in the car. You tried to assume there was just one of us then huffed and puffed when we tried to place a second order on the same ticket. I then drove off because I’m not giving my time to someone who would rather go cliff diving than take your order. Matter of fact, give me your job. This has got to be the best restaurant of all time. Specifically this location on biz loop has some good folks at it. Spicey potato tacos and some of the $2 burritos make for an excellent lunch or dinner or second dinner. The breakfast is dece.

I’m usually not one to complain, I know fast food employees aren’t paid the best. But I’m not made of money either and the least I ask for is edible food. My potato tacos had to have been hours old, the potatoes were so hard and stale that they almost broke my teeth. I couldn’t finish them. And this is a common experience at every TB in town. My soda was weak too, my DrPepper looked like cream soda because they didn’t bother to change the syrup when it ran out. And it wasn’t even busy, it wasn’t like it was 12:30PM on a Saturday; I went late at night, there was plenty of time to fry potatoes and change soda syrup, so there’s really no excuse for giving people cold, stale, hardened, old food and weak soda. May as well have set my money on fire for all the good it did me. Lame.
