Go through the drive thru if you are coming to the forum location. They don’t pay any attention to the lobby orders and put the sole focus on online and drive thru order something . 3 vehicles have ordered and received orders within the 18 minutes that I’ve been waiting for my coffee.

Good hours at least they are open. When trying to connect to the wifi, I was told it "just doesn't work for some people" and should use the wifi from the restaurant next store. Ordered $9 avocado toast with an egg and got a soggy piece of wheat bunny bread with half an egg on it. Go anywhere else.

The Grind Cofee House on Forum is always a pleasure. Staff is incredibly kind with positive attitudes, there’s plenty of room to study, and my order always hits the spot!

As far as I know. The grind is the only place in Columbia that has a sugar-free mocha. I absolutely love this location the buristas are always fantastic I love the grind!

A full $5 for a bottle of kombucha!! Kind of dirty- all the tables needed to be wiped down badly The bathroom needed attention as well. Lots of different seating options including a large patio.

I have given this shop a chance time and time again but each time I come here something is incorrect with my order/and or it takes over 10-15 minutes.. not just in the drive thru either. twice coming inside my order was forgotten about completely while I was waiting right there. Usually after I pay & leave a gratuity, I find out they are out of a food item or something’s not what I ordered. I sense lack of experience with staff but some things patience can’t make up for like an incorrect 7-8 dollar coffee drink that turns into a 10 dollar waste. Go here if you have time to spare & are comfortable speaking up when your order is incorrect

Lukewarm coffee AGAIN. I stopped going to the John Garry location because of this but had always been able to count on the Forum Grind…until this morning.

Two days in a row I received the best iced latte that I’ve ever had. At the big green competitor across town you can always tell that the espresso is not changed properly and comes off dirty or ashy in taste. Everything about my beverage from The Grind on Forum was perfect. Your attention to detail and friendly employees have converted a new customer here. Thank you!

The food and coffee was amazing nothing was bad. You should go try it. My daughter loves the cotten candy drink that they have. The staff was so kind when I took for ever to order. They did not rush me. The place was perfect the out side area was fanomonal.Kid-friendliness: My kid had fun in their. They had card games.

The grind is the best coffee shop in colombia. Here’s why- their coffee is delicious, always hot, and always consistent. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable for conversation, reading, or studying. The staff is so welcoming and friendly... every time!

It was a really nice shop, lots of options. I'm giving 3 stars because the cashier was not very friendly or helpful. I had a hard time reading the menu and was asking about sugar free flavors, she would only tell me to look at the board. I explained I was having a hard time reading it... so I finally gave up and said I wanted a sugar free carmal latte she insisted I wanted vanilla... I finally asked "do you not have carmal?" They did and I explained that's what I wanted not vanilla. I was so frusted by this time for my second coffee I just ordered an americano and called it a day.The coffee itself was great, not overly sweet, not bitter, just a perfect pairing. ?
