I got the taro boba tea and it was delicious, my girlfriend got the watermelon milk tea and she also really loved it. In my opinion the best Boba place in Columbia.

It's the best boba tea I've ever had! The service is friendly, and they really care about making customers happy with their boba teas. The atmosphere is very nice and amazing. Every time I go, I bring one of my friends to try the tiger tea, because there are so many flavors and all of them are so good! Also, the parking is free and plentiful?

I love this place a lot (best boba in Columbia by far) but get frustrated by how often they seem to run out of regular pearls. I usually order online and often can't get the drink I want because normal boba is sold out, even if it's early in the day. Makes me sad because it's so delicious!

You can reduce the sweetness! The lids are like wax paper instead of plastic. Not a lot of pearls in the bubble tea, but they had a good consistency. My drink came out 0% sugar when i asked for 50% less sugar and 25% is what I’d ask for next time.

I did visit Tiger Tea in July 2023 (see the photo of my drink and my bank statement of purchasing at Tiger Tea). People may doubt why I kept this review till two weeks ago? Simple reason, because Google Map asked me if I were here before and if I would like to give a review.The reply from Tiger Tea is pretty unfriendly and rude. So here I am, I am providing the evidence they wish and the comments they want.1. My experience with Tiger Tea was on July 21st, 2023. So the situation might have already changed now.2. Food: I ordered brown sugar milk with boba. To me, as a bubble tea lover since I was 12, I think the brown sugar tastes a bit artificial. The amount of boba was not enough, I ate them all halfway of finishing my drink. But once again, this is just how it feels to me. And everyone has their own tastes and favor.3. Atmosphere: To me, the arrangement of tables and chairs were a bit odd to me. And the flow from order to pick up was not very smooth. Once again, it is just my opinion from my experience last year.4. Service: Nothing special to me. Not extraordinary and not bad. They gave my order correctly. But after seeing their reply, I would not consider revisiting in the future.5. Others: I think Tiger Tea can definitely doubt if I am just a random person to harm their review (by giving 3-star lol). But if they truly wish to know my opinions and improve their business, they should have addressed their response kindly and politely instead of how suspicious they are and they are "not unjustly accuse me " . I also understand they don't want anyone to blemish their reputation. Once again, you can always do it with curtesy.Overall, I was very shocked by receiving their reply of accusing me as a shameful person to harm their business (by giving a 3-star review without comments). This is actually the longest comment I've every made on google review, very funny and entertaining. I hope this review would satisfy Tiger Tea. As I am a true customer.

Go to place for boba tea in Columbia! It's always very quiet and relaxing on the inside. Quick and friendly service will have you in & out. Or it's a great place to do some studying/working.

I adore this place! I’m visiting from Seattle where I make a point to go to new boba places too many times a week… and now I have a place in Columbia to come to way too frequently ? I am so happy Columbia has a great boba place like this one; I’ve had other places in town and they are not as good! This place uses great fresh ingredients, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is very Instagram-worthy! I love that there are different boba options and highly recommend the mango stars and lychee jelly as add-ins, though the regular ones are great too! I’ve tried the matcha latte and taro latte, and both were excellent. I’m excited to try more on the menu next time I visit town!!

Hands down the BEST in Columbia! The milk tea with the cheese foam- a work of art. Don't hesitate, just order it. It's not "cheese" it's cream cheese based.
Some of the best boba I’ve ever had and most definitely the best boba you can find in Columbia, MO. Strong, quality tea flavors - doesn’t taste cheap or watered down.

The teas that we got were good but my red bean matcha tea tasted weird cos the red bean was sour. Could not go back cos we went there right before closing. We have had good experiences except this time so kinda disappointed.
