Scammers and con artists. They will do anything they can to not provide regular service and over charge their clients. Do not contract them for meal plan services.

Trash company, cuts corners, terrible sanitary standards. Overpriced, mostly serves frozen pre-made food.

Eesh. If you’re looking for good Greek catering in Stillwater, check out Abbey Road University Cuisine, with 10 more years experience. The Oklahoma State campus is an embarrassment to Upper Crust’s vision and values. (Good food, professional employees, etc) I’ve never been so devalued or demeaned as an employee anywhere. I’ve never witnessed such inappropriate, unprofessional behavior by so-called professionals. Campus manager is an absolute creep (verbally and physically…it’s just weird and uncomfortable) to both men and women and shares employees’ private information with others. They thanked me for coming in when I was sick and contagious, which is frankly dangerous these days. Food is often recycled, and sometimes a lunch may consist of a chef clearing the fridge of random almost-bad stuff that shouldn’t go together. So between food quality and management who completely ignores sexual harassment complaints, I cannot recommend this company as a place to eat OR work.

Stay away.Food is served on dirty dishes. They serve Dorito chips as one of their entrees. Bugs on food as well. This is from University of Georgia Sigma Delta Tau house. They refuse to systemically change things. Constant rotation of chefs since they can’t find anyone local who can execute. One chef was watching YouTube while working to figure out how to cook.Dishes put out for buffet are chipped and dirty, since they don’t know how to use a dishwasher.Disgusting food and presentation. We were promised a refund for services not executed and then they later reneged.Multiple food safety violations.Anyone from Upper Crust please correct me if I’m wrong. I have email correspondence of them stating they’ll fix issues and never executing and more importantly photographic evidence. After months of promises made and not kept, SDT and UpperCrust terminated their agreement. They were replaced with a vendor which is MUCH BETTER. I will still be fighting to get a refund for them not honoring their contract to provide EDIBLE food, which they could not provide. And ZERO feedback/reply/reporting to google of 'abusive review' of this post from UpperCrust. That says it all.

This company is lowballing their employees to the point of not being able to live on a single income in the Bay Area. Colleges houses need to stop hiring these companies which forces their chefs to work at a horrible rate and sets food budgets so low your kids are eating low quality food. How colleges and fraternities can stand for this is beyond me….

My son’s fraternity hired Upper Crust to provide their food this year. When there is a chef working, the food has been good. Unfortunately the service often misses meals and the food bought to fill the gap isn’t sufficient for the number of brothers eating. For example, today my so woke up to no breakfast and lunch was 18 subs for 35 brothers. I understand there will be issues but these issues are too frequent and the boys do not have access to a kitchen to make food for themselves last minute. I would not recommend this company.

Served ~200 camp staff and students.Food was perfect. They were also very responsive to dietary restrictions and had non-dairy/ vegan/ non-pork options.Highly recommended

My son is going hungry at the University of Michigan because of this company. They frequently don’t provide food or deliver meals. Stay away!

My son’s fraternity has not had reliable service from Upper Crust this year. Today alone they never provided breakfast, brought 18 Jimmy John’s subs for 35 young men, and for supper bought horrible Mexican food from a local restaurant for them. Missing meals have happened frequently and the boys do not have access to a kitchen. This means the boys are scrambling for food. I absolutely would not recommend this company to any sorority or fraternity.

ATO at the university of Illinois has had a terrible experience. We’re not sure if it’s the chefs or the provider but it’s getting ridiculous. I’d pay more for a ham and cheese sandwich I made myself than this food.

This company is a joke. They are a fly by night company run by a bunch of men who know nothing about food service. Do not hire them.
