Sunday night I went thru drive thru here. The guy with dreads took my 20 dollars. Then a blonde lady gave me my order. I had been working 13 hours that day so I didn't realize he never gave me my change.I was too tired to go back so I went back tonight. The guy acted like he didn't remember me. Holly (supposed manager) was just plain rude and argumentative. I explained what happened and she said I nerd receipt. I explained I don't have one cause he never gave me my change. I went home and found the bag but no receipt. I went back to wendys and stood in the lobby while Holly completely ignored me.It's now not about thr money it is now the principal and how Holly treated me. Why she's a manager is beyond me. Oh and to top it off 5he crew was also making fun on me. In my face. I will be calling corporate and the district manager. This is the worst treatment I've ever had.

I pulled in to get an order for someone else but hadn’t eaten anything all day. Last minute decided to make myself a mobile order. I had forgotten to submit payment by the time I pulled up so of course payment submitted to wrong card. Staff was completely patient with me as I attempted to correct my mistake while providing them with my verbal order. Ended up with extras I didn’t want so I called the store back. Holly, stores manager on shift answered. I explained the confusion and she was still more than happy to make things right thanks guys for your professionalism.

Ok. Used to be most excellent- back when the salad/soup bar were the king products served. A revision has been needed for some time now.
10-12 minute wait when there was only one car in front of me. When I was finally able to flag someone down and ask about it, I was told they were preparing delivery orders. That was annoying since I was in a hurry and only stopped here because there wasn't a line. The employee was super rude because I questioned the practice of having customers who are actually present wait while they cook food for customers who aren't. Seems like they could do both. He ended up shoving my food at me, but not my drink. So I had to honk again to get that. Garbage customer service. The saving grace was that the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was hot, fresh and tasty. I love that they crack a fresh egg for their breakfast sandwiches and the seasoned breakfast potatoes are ?!

After telling them we were missing items they asked for the bags handed them back the two ladies then went through them with bare hands said everything was in there, still missing a whole meal. The lady was upset with me for her running my card for the wrong order. It was a whole disaster. Thats my fault for trying to grab fast food after a ball game. Poor experience.
