Controlled chaos . I managed to walk in during a very busy lunch rush. The whole team seemed focused and worked through it without faltering or grumbling. As I witnessed a couple of setbacks, they just found a way around them and kept charging forward. My food came, and it was made like I was the only one in line, delicious! I don't get to go to Wendy's often enough, but I'm going to make it a point to go back more often.

We had horrible service.They acted as if we were an inconvenience to them, they showed no courtesy to us at all and everything in the bag wasn't very well organized. We didn't even get any straws.They hardly acknowledged us at all as we sat at the drive thru waiting for our food.We will never be going to this Wendy's again and I will make it my mission to tell people that this is the worst Wendy's in Columbia.Moral of the story? Treat your customers better!!!!!!!!!

The two combos I got originally were not made how I ordered them. I called and spoke to a manager who was very polite and helpful. Today my husband went to get our remade food and the service was awful! The food was worthy of 3 stars but the manager was rude, even cussed at my husband, and the employees were out of control. This is definitely a Wendy's in town that we will never be going back to.

Wendy's has became overpriced for what you get. Not worth the cost. Order a baconator and you will see that it is hardly what they advertise. Also we tried breakfast burritos since they were new. Just a new small overpriced item. Burger King has bigger better and cheaper

Normally I LOVE Wendy's food. Unfortunately this time my Apple Pecan Salad lacked pecans and bleu cheese. Kind of essential for the salad and one of them is part of the name. The staff was nice and the wait at the drive thru wasn't bad. But when you're paying that much for a salad...it should be right.
