They have great pizza but it's just too greasy it's like the pizza is wet and sometimes it isn't cooked all the way or cut and the topping feel cold

Food is inedible. Customer service is non existent. If you order delivery, expect it to arrive at least an hour late and to be incomplete. If you want a refund you have to go through corporate to get it as the store offers no recompense. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Would have been ZERO stars but that's not an option. Forgot to put sauce on the pizza (WTF) and wouldn't start remaking the order till we brought them back to prove it. Remade one of the two since a couple pieces were gone from the peperoni. So after sitting on hold with our cold, limp, sauceless pizza for 10 min, we had to drive our own s*** back to the store and wait for one of two to get made with ZERO reimbursement. Worst Pizza Hut ever. ZERO stars, F*** this place.

Ordered Carryout, spent ~$40. Took around 40 minutes to get my order, ordered around 7:30 and didn't get it until 8:20. Forgot my wings and one of my orders of cheese sticks. I am currently on the phone to ask for at least a refund on the missing cheese sticks since I caught the wings before we left the restaurant. Have been on hold for close to 10 minutes. Kind of ridiculous. Also went inside to use the restroom, and it was absolutely disgusting. Large stall was not flushed, one stall was locked off, and the last one was the cleanest but I would not describe it as clean..

Horrible experience & rude staff! They forgot something on my order and I had to return to get it- pizza was cold once I returned. Called to inform them and someone hung up on me- get to the store in the MOD had an attitude. If it was a dude I more than likely would’ve slapped him!

One of the absolute worst Pizza Hut locations we've ever ordered from. The whole experience was bad starting with the fact that they don't answer their phone. They have the line forwarded to a busy signal. That's it. No way to contact the manager about a wrong order, nothing. To top it off, the pizza we got with chicken and pineapple made us very sick that day. After a week's worth of calls to the 800# and the corporate office, finally taking to Twitter DM to get someone to contact me, the district manager finally called me. He was actually nice. He was very apologetic, said the full refund would be issued we just had to stop by the store. Great. I got to the store and I asked the manager why the phones aren't answered and he literally just stared at me. I wasn't yelling or being nasty, I just wanted to let him know all the ways we tried to get in touch. When the delivery driver had showed up, I handed him my name & phone number on a sheet of paper, explained about the order being wrong and not being able to get through and he was super nice. Said he would give it to the manager. Today the manager claims he never got it with just a snarky "nope" when I asked him about it. He's a liar and doesn't belong in this industry. He just stood there staring at me, barely saying anything. I finally said "wow you have a real attitude" and he said "okay" and closed the window. That set me off and I did get angry and said "wow. F*** you." as I drove away. I'm not sorry about that at all. I kept my cool up until that moment but their food will make you sick. It will be burnt. It will be the wrong order, nobody will answer the phone and the manager literally doesn't give a crap about it. Don't order from them. Spend your money elsewhere.
