This is the BESTTTTT Freddy’s. I waited 1.5 years to write this to look for consistency. The owner I have meant on multiple occasions and he cares deeply about this place. He hired and trains high quality people. The food is always HOT and fresh! One time I had issues with the app and it wasn’t taken the receipt code for my points. They contacted corporate. It took a few days to figure out but they went above and beyond. This is the only Freddy’s we go to in STL.
I spilled a little bit of my drink and the person serving me at the drive through was so nice he asked if I needed extra napkins, then promptly gave me some! How wonderful!!! Thank you!
