I love the new Watson, Crestwood Panera location. I love that it’s kiosk, I love that their are tables, great food, great drinks, fast service, everyone is so nice and friendly. I know they have had staff quit and staffing issues. Please don’t change the hours. The last two days I went into this Panera they were closed. So thankful to have this new Panera location! Very friendly staff, food is well made, and the atmosphere is great. Marino, one of the Team Leads is amazing, and the other Team Leads I've observed and interacted with have all been professional and helpful.
