Since I was here get my glasses I went into this Dierbergs and they're fantastic selection of markdowns foods and also they have a Chinese buffet in this particular Dierbergs. If you shop wisely you can get great deals and the person at the Chinese buffet will fill the container so high that you can she can barely close it and I get about three meals out of it so I recommended that Chinese food buffet. I recommend the store to anyone in the area especially their reduce back and Refrigerator which has a ton of items like pumpkin cheesecake for only eight dollars and premade meals for four dollars. Can't beat that

This Dierberg's is my new go-to. It's a convenient location to stop in after work or after a work out. The employees are friendly and helpful. This location is housed in a strip mall with a plethora of various businesses and there is ample parking. The store stays stocked and has the best discounted refrigerated aisle. This location houses LuLu's hot-n-fresh made to order items in person, whereas the other locations you have to purchase the pre-packaged items from LuLu's. Of course they also sell the pre-packaged items as well. They have a reasonably priced combo plate and I love their stir fried noodles. The deli and hot food counter is kept clean and tidy. And they offer hot items right off the smoker during lunch and dinner hours. You can also call in an order for them to hold if you feel they might run out before you get off work or take a late lunch. I usually purchase the smoked wings and salmon. The Bob's ribs, riblets and are good. Dierberg's has the BEST rotisserie chicken, I use it to make chicken salad sandwiches. It is extremely juicy, tender and packed full of flavor. I take it home and sometimes put it back in the oven to crisp the skin a little. I love the salami in the deli and the Dierberg's packaged Havarti cheese slices to snack on with some triscuits. Dierberg's is the place to purchase Merb's Bionic Caramel and Pecan apples for $8.99 an apple if you don't want to go to Merb's in-person. If the apples weren't soo delicious I'd say that the price is astronomical. The apples increase in price seems like every year. Dierbeg;s offers Katies Pizza and Pasta items specifically. I love Dierbergs, YESSSSSS they can be pricey sometimes but to me they are also comparable to Schnucks prices.

I bought a bottle of salad dressing 3 days ago. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt. Today is 9/1/23 and when I took it out of the cabinet, I saw it expired 7-3-23. Usually I am careful to check dates because many times the groceries on Dierbergs shelves have expired dates. I took it back today because I had a lengthy grocery shopping list but was given an incredibly long interrogation by the checker (12 minutes) who was serving as the customer service representative. She asked for the date it was purchased, our credit card number, (which we gave her immediately) and she proceeded to try to find the purchase in her system. I did buy 2 types of dressing the day of purchase (it was a buy 2 for $6 special ) she found the other type (maybe the checker that day scanned the same type twice? After 15 minutes I gave up- I told her I literally had shopped at this store for 40 years but this is the last time I will shop there. She offered to call the manager and said "hey, I'm only the messenger!" I never raised my voice or acted angry... I simply said keep the dressing- I'm through - Dierbergs your customer service is nonexistent

Hubby and I stopped in here for a Mother's Day gift and to look at their gluten- free food selections. We had heard they had more offerings than many other stores (and they didn't disappoint). In case you are from out of town - Dierberg's is what I'd call a "premier" grocery store. You are gonna find fancy and awesome stuff here, but it will also be at fancy prices. That said it's worth the indulgent occasionally especially for fresh fruits, vegetables and some of their pre-made options. It had been awhile since I'd been in to just shop and WOW I was impressed! So many locally made offerings. Loved that. So much variety of everything! They really have so many more options than any other store in STL. We were amazed walking around at all the different options. HUGE shout out to their cheese sections, liquor section, flowers and dessert options. I'll be back for a splurge and some of those local STL made items that you can't find in stores elsewhere.

It had Katie's pizza so I had to got there. I also like that they have a freaking bank Starbucks at this location. You can do so many things and they provide hot food

I like the selection at this store, but the people at the deli counter and the middle aged woman at the fish counter are SO extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, just for asking for a piece of fish. Whoever hires people, needs to teach their employees some manners.

Dang, I like this Dierberg's. I frequent it often. And the deli concept is ridiculously improved from when I was last here in 2015. I have numerous doctors across the street at Barnes-Jewish Hospital facilities. My hairdresser (Vince) is across the street. My dentist (Dr. Brown of Premier Dental Partners) is just down the strip mall from Vince. So, whenever I'm in the area, I'm a-droppin' in. Numerous times I've been during a lunch period, and I get two oven-fried chicken thighs for less than $3. They have a full array of deli meats and cheeses. And Bob's Barbeque -- chicken, ribs, meat and a full array of side dishes. I've had Bob's ribs, and they are stupendous. They have a discount section -- some shelf-stable items, some refrigerated items. I've gotten some great refrigerated items from the discount section at ridiculous prices. And their produce is incredibly fresh! Today, I got a massive stalk of fresh and cranky celery for 99 cents. And I got 10 pink grapefruits for $10. And a massive cucumber for 69 cents. I chose a long and lean -- fewer seeds. I'm gonna keep comin' back here when I'm in the area, and it is so often.

I have used this Dierbergs Store since 2007. They normally have great helpful staff, the best produce in town and a good selection of fresh cuts of meat.today, they had moved everything and a lot of the fresh things were replaced by freezers. The most disturbing thing, is they have eliminated courtesy help! The checker had to bag my groceries! Then expected me to load them in the cart myself! I realize this sounds trivial, but Dierbergs consistently has the highest grocery prices in town. I'm good with that when I get service. I work very hard during the week and am blessed with a comfortable living. I'm willing to pay for service. I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY EXTRA FOR NO SERVICE. I am so disappointed. I'm now shopping for a new grocery store.

I've been here a few times. For some reason I like Dierbergs better at night. Seems calm and peaceful. This store is always very clean, neat and well stocked. Their prices are too expensive for most things but if you look hard enough you can find some good deals. I always love getting the manager's special labeled meats because typically Dierbergs meats are always really fresh in appearance. I was really happy to get some of those small packs of boneless steaks for $1-2. Most of their frozen meals are overpriced and you'd do better at Walmart or even Schnucks. I don't recall any previous interactions with the staff but this time a nice cashier in the aisle greeted me and asked me if I was ready to check out. She was pleasant and that little gesture can make the experience better. Customer service is everything.

Dierbergs recently announced that they would open at 6am for seniors and other vulnerable populations. I went there this morning at 6am and while shopping saw several 20 somethings NOT wearing masks. It is not surprising since their policy in writing when you enter the store is Wear masks if possible. WARNING to vulnerable people boycott this store until they require masks for both there customers and employees safety.

Good store and brilliant service. However... the Starbucks shop was a really unpleasant experience. I had to wait for 10 minutes and no one showed up at the shop to help me out. Once I asked one of the cashiers to call for someone they didn't treat me with the respect I was expecting.

Best Bakery in town!! Ordered 36 Thomas the Train cupcakes for my daughters 3rd birthday party at the Frisco Train Store in Valley Park. Had asked for specific colored sprinkles on white icing and accidentally the cupcakes were made with those colors in icing instead. Gave a call a hour before the party started to alert them of the mistake and they were able to courier the correct cupcakes to the location in time for the party. Best customer service ever and the guests complimented how amazingly delicious they were! We donated the incorrect cupcakes to local Police and Fire departments and also the Church where my daughter attends preschool. A wonderful experience and so grateful to manager Sarah for saving the day and bringing smiles to so many faces!!!

My fav dinner here is the LuLu's Chinese cafe. They give a ton of food, both protein and carbs. Food quality is good, never under cooked. Great service

I have been coming to this Dierbergs my whole life. I worked there when I was 16 bagging groceries. Now I'm 3 times the age of the kids working there, which is great to see. It's a very clean store with a friendly staff and the perfect planogram.

I have been going to this Dierbergs since we bought our home in 2001. I. LOVE. THIS. DIERBERGS! It's small, and that's great for me! i don't need 41 ketchup choices. The smaller store makes my shopping go by faster, which is great because grocery shopping isn't high on my "fun" to-do list. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. I just can't/won't do the large stores! I'm so happy here; in My Neighborhood Dierbergs!
