This place has been closed for over a year and still shows up on their ordering system, and the owner keeps updating Google Maps here to say they are still open. We'll, here is the evidence. I just took photo's of the store Friday, May 20th at 12:04pm. This closed sign has been here a long time.To the owner, update your actual store status so us customers do not continue to be let down by your closed store.

I use to order a couple of times a week and have it delivered to my office which is literally across the street. They have been unable to deliver and they are absolutely a mess when trying to pick up. What a waste of a good business. I was in the restaurant to pick up an order and it took mr 30 minutes! The manager even locked the outside door so no one else could get inside! Such horrible service and incorrect orders. Then to break the fire codes by locking the only visible egress! Never again.

i asked for a giant sandwich and they gave me a regular like it's not that hard to make what the person wants but the sandwich taste good and that the only good thing

Store is closed yet no one on the staff took the 30 seconds it takes to update this on Google maps. Person after person are walking up to the door, reading the sign, then walking away frustrated. I understand the need to close, but not updating Google maps to reflect this is rude and wasting precious moments of many people's lives.

Their store hours have changed, and there is no notification on the door. That’s fine, but I would have preferred a team member to come to the door to inform me that they were closed. Instead, they all watched me from the inside while I figured the situation out on my own. That’s so rude, but eventually a young man did come to the door and inform me of their new hours.. that one star was for him!! Lol because that really hurt my feelings that people could be so rude.

They took an hour and a half to deliver less than a mile away. When I called, they said their delivery guy accidentally delivered another order to the wrong place. Never ordering from this location again.

6 months in to the pandemic and they still don’t have things figured out. Lobby is somehow still closed and the phone ordering process is a far cry from being dialed in.
One person working alone at peak lunchtime. Took 20 min then had to wait another 10 to get my chips they forgot.

I have had too many terrible experiences at this store to count. It's my bad luck that it is the only one that delivers to my house, but it routinely takes well over an hour, the orders are frequently incorrect, and the customer service is non-existent. One of my orders was delivered two hours late by a woman who REEKED of marijuana smoke. One year later, she still delivers for this store. This place is ridiculous, and so am I for continuing to order from there.

I placed an order on the Jimmy Johns app and in less than 2 minutes I received a phone call from jimmy John employee asking if there’s a reason I chose to not add a tip. I had planned on a cash tip. But after being questioned & literally asked to give a tip I had them add it to my bill. How completely classless of them!! I’ll definitely not ask for delivery again I’ll pick up my order if I bother using Jimmy John again at all at this point!! Unbelievable

Took almost an hour after ordering to get my food delivered. This location is .8 miles from me. I called to check where the order was after 40 minutes and they said the driver had to take a call and was running late. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Should have seen they have low reviews.
