We came on our last day and were a bit disappointed in the bakery items we got. They were extraordinarily sweet and not what we typically expect from a French patisserie and, unfortunately, upset our stomachs. Our drinks were good and the service was wonderful.

I've been to both the restaurant and the bakery and I think both are fantastic! I love the selection of baked goods. They have a few options foe sugar free cake which I was thrilled about being diabetic. The prices in my opinion are reasonable and the service is excellent. It is a lovely little spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or just dessert.

Our family has always loved this bakery, well until yesterday evening. My husband got an anniversary cake for us there on Friday. Strawberry black forest! This used to be my favorite cake. When we started to put sliced cake on our plates a bunch of raw flour went everywhere. We were shocked. Kids already started to eat it. We decided not to panic, and call the bakery next morning and see if it was really raw and really flour.He called in the morning and I called in the afternoon. Same manager spoke to both of us. She told both us that raw flour is safe ( it's not, it can have Salmonella and E- coli). She told me that they never had complained before, and they always use raw flour so that the cake won't stick. By the way most stomach infections don't show until days later and probably no one has put 2 and 2 together yet. However, I told her I have never noticed it before and it's a lot of it. She said that maybe it was a little more.Did I forget to mention that my husband preordered it and they forgot about it and had to make it right there on the spot for him?So here we are feeling very disregarded and our Heath is at risk.

The location is in a mini-mall. There is ample parking. The location has a patio area for outdoor seating. The exterior and interior of the location are clean. There are a tremendous variety of breads and baked goods on display. They also have a breakfast and lunch menu, along with a coffee/espresso station. You have to take a number and wait to be called. Take that time to look around at the displays. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The key lime pie and tiramisu were fresh and flavorful. There is plenty of inside seating. The bathroom was clean and stocked. I would come here again and recommend it to others.
Great French Bistro in Creve Coeur. I have been a few times now and the service tends to be a little slow so keep that in mind if you are there to eat for a lunch meeting or on a lunch break. Food is good, pastries are even better, and the patio on a warm spring day is perfect!

Very nice lunch. The place was very busy, and waitstaff was having a hard time keeping up. French onion soup was good, broth seemed too heavy, and onion slices were big. The fruit cup was great. We brought home dessert and muffins.
