I ordered the beef and lamb gyro. The restaurant does not cut the meat straight from the spit. They pre-cut the meat and place it in a warming tray prior.This pre-cutting results in a gyro meat that is overly dry. Had the meat been cut from the spit directly, it would have retained some moisture. If Orzo stopped this practice, I would return for lunch regularly and order this item.

Delicious Mediterranean food! I really enjoy coming here for lunch because the staff is always friendly and their gyros and salads always taste so good! They have a really good bang for you buck too, which is harder to find lately, you can get a good healthy lunch for $10-$14 per person. Definitely give them a try if you haven't already!

This was our first time at Orzo. While we liked the quality of the food and portion size, the staff on Saturday night was not welcoming. Despite there being 1 other couple in the place, no one greeted us when we walked in. The staff was not friendly at all but were competent in filling our order. We were surprised that the menu on their website did not show the current prices, which were several dollars higher per item. When we left after dinner, no one thanked us for coming or even recognized us. Not a good way to win customers. In our opinion, the restaurant has a lot of potential but needs better staff training in regards to customer service. People like to feel they are appreciated and welcome at an establishment. Not treated like they don't matter.

HORRIBLE MANAGER. worst service from this manager I have ever received in my 17 years of living. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS MEDIOCRE, STALE FOOD.Dietary restrictions: Manager was so unaccommodating to a simple request to check about an allergy. So extremely rude and we’ve dealt with so many people in food service over the last 17 years for this allergy. Never had this type of treatment. Horrible.

The manager of this restaurant is RUDE!!!! I came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and I have a very severe egg allergy and I ask if one ingredient has egg. The manager was being so unclear, and then tells me that " maybe i shouldn't come here then" saying that if i have a singular dietary restriction I shouldn't eat out ever. HOW DISRESPECTFUL. then before I can respond she goes to the back like a coward. HOW RUDE!!!! I just had the most stressful week of my life and I am just trying to celebrate my dad's birthday, you CANNOT just tell a kind customer to eat somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER IS MISERABLE WITH HER LIFE

Horrible experience! Bad food and worst manager attitude. Front boys were kind but manager was rude, inconsiderate and in a terrible mood. She should sit at home and not be doing customer front work.

Great little quick service spot like a Cava for the midwest. Sauces are great and prices are reasonable. New favorite place for quick mediterranean in west county. All the protein options are great.
