I really do like bread company but their delivery service has been terrible. I finally just deleted the app off my phone today. I have had several wrong orders and today just had one not show up. The app said it had been delivered so I called the store and they said they out source their delivery so they didn’t know what was going on. They offered no solution but that it might still show up. If you want to eat, get delivery from somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru on my lunch came back to work and halfway through I noticed whatever this might be in my drink stuck to the ice and floating at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting and not okay. I'm not even sure what it is.. but I don't want to know either. Do better.

As much as I would love to like this location I can't..I usually leave upset and the only time I pick this location is when Frontenac is sold out on my loved item. The biggest issue is they can't seem to get the curbside experience down..I always have to go in and get my order because they never come out. Also,I've received notifications saying my order is ready only to find that's not the case when o go inside.

Worst Bread Co. in the STL area. They seem to screw up every order. Ordered delivery from them today and it didn't even arrive - and they won't answer their phone. They were happy to take my money though.

I like this place. However, they can't get a delivery order correct to save their life. It's consistently little things. For example, the order today I ordered a breakfast sandwich with an over easy egg and got a folded scrambled egg. I got a bagel with cream cheese and asked for 2 packets of butter. The butter was not in the bag. Honestly, I'm starving. I don't want to call and fix it. That takes time. I'm at work. Considering the high delivery fee, these mistakes are unacceptable. These small deviations and mistakes are consistent nearly every time I order. Honestly, they consistently make small mistakes that could easily be caught with decent quality control better quality procedures. If this is s deal breaker for you, don't order delivery and check your order.

Terrible experience. The mango smoothie had almost no flavor. Like crushed ice that barely tasted like anything. Had to take it home and add more fruit. PATHETIC. So, I ordered that and a bottle of water to go and they set them up on the counter without a bag. I asked, "Can I have a bag please"? And the young gal responds, "You want a bag for that?" with that tone like she can't believe it. "Yes" I responded. PATHETIC.

I love the rapid pickup and now the curbside pickup. Their food is usually really good and you can count on them to keep you fed breakfast and lunch. Only one day they took 20 minutes to get my order that I put in days earlier and had to go inside to get my food. The other 99 times, all went smooth!
So I met Lauren today. Lauren ordered an egg white avocado spinach sandwich for me since I haven’t come through in a while. It was an amazing breakfast with some lemonade on the side. Thank you Lauren

They allow you to order by drive thru or phone but you can't eat inside or outside on their tables. Very nice servers and food is fast. Can't wait until the state reopens so we can enjoy goin inside again. Great atmosphere inside but not in my car!

Just bought 2 salads from here to go. Both are pathetic looking and half filled. Why charge ten dollars and skimp on a salad!? They are one of the cheapest things to make! If I combine the 2 then I may have a whole salad...
