I LOVE Qdoba, but this location has a habit of serving customers DAY OLD RICE! As much as you guys charge for a Chicken Bowl you would think the rice, meat and veggies are FRESH. The rice was SO hard & stale, it literally sounded like little pellets hitting the trash can! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back!!!

Every time I've gone to this Qdoba location they have been extremely nice. It made me wonder if they were just doing basic manners really well and showing courtesy and customer service skills because on average those have become lower these days but I don't think so I think they're genuinely nice.

This is my go to restaurant in Creve Coeur. I worked over 30 years in the industry and know the ups and downs. I rarely have any issues, but the employees there are quick to fix them and very receptive.Side note. I was there the other day and glanced into one of their coolers. I've rarely seen one so clean. Quite refreshing. The manager was checking food safety with an employee.Dietary restrictions: Great place for people who are gluten intolerant.

I went to Qdoba located at 766 N New Ballas Rd on 11/14/23 and order a chicken burrito to go. I was told that the price was $11+ but when I looked at my mobile banking app the next day I see that I was charged $50.94! I know food prices have risen but not that much for a single burrito! I need Qdoba to fix this immediately! I work too hard for my money to allow someone to just steal it from me!
