If you can't afford to pay workers over $50 a day for 11 hours you might as well close down and the audacity to want taxes withdrawn from $50 When your fair with people in life and business God will bless you in both but greed will get you no where.

We did not partake in the All You Can Eat BBQ.This place has been on my radar for a while, as I do love bulgogi.Three of us went on a late afternoon on the weekend. Place was busy. It's definitely cozy, waitress was pleasant. We ordered two japchae with beef bulgogi, and one bulgogi entree. Appetizer we ordered a Seafood Pancake.Appetizer - decent; eat serving of the pancake had some minced amount of seafood in it.Japchae - generous amount of glass noodles, with a fair amount of veggies and bulgogi.Bulgogi entree - this took a minute out, but it was worth it! Sizzling piled plated of bulgoi with onions, seasoned lightly. We had no negative thoughts or concerns on the food. It was all hot and delicious!Definitely will be coming again for sure!Parking: Situated next to the AMC theater, Seoul Garden has its own communal parking with the neighboring shops....shouldn't be an issue to find a place to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There is nearby (down a couple of shops) accessible parking, the door is level and the flooring is even. The only thing you may have an issue with is a wheelchair it might be a bit narrow.

First time here and was pretty impressed. We did the ayce bbq. Food was pretty good, some choice better then others.Only downside was our intial waitress, seemed like she didn't want to be there and offered no advice/tips on the experience. Also had to have other servers get us refills on drinks and meats.Saw and heard other waitress and waiter actually taking time to explain things to other first timers which would've been nice.We will definitely be back and am sure it will be better experience now that we fumbled our way through the first time

By far the worst Korean BBQ restaurant I’ve ever tried out of hundreds. Kids 7 and up paid 32 or 38 as adults REALLY??? Grill is not hot at all to grill the meat. I can’t believe they BOLDLY CLAIMED to be the Number #1 Korean BBQ restaurant. Server took the bowl of meat and dump it on the grill and walk away. ? ?

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE GET 4 stars Rating. Food was completely terrible. Definitely not kids friendly. Kids 7 and up is full price 32 or 38. Only 7-8 meet options. The grill is no where near hot enough to cook the meat especially their thick pork belly and the steak. We literally have it on the grill for over 15-20 minutes and it’s still not cook. And when your steak slow cook like that makes it completely chewy. Our server claim that he’s in charger but have zero acknowledgment of our complainants. We didn’t eat any of the except the beef bulgogi because it’s was so terrible and chewy.

The food was Koean style but the meat was not Korean style barbecue, it was more like steamed. The kimchis came out in two trays of 3 types and was not enough for 4 adults. The server was swamped and checked on us once. No refills on drinks at all. The place is very popular and the wait was an hour. If I go again, I will call to find out when the crowds slow down and go then. The food was OK, but nothing was worth the crush of people at the door and the crowd of people turning away or going to their car to wait. Glad they have a lot of business but it is extremely crowded and uncomfortable.

This is one of my favorite Korean bbq restaurants in Saint Louis! The short ribs are always tender and delicious. All of the additional sides are good especially the spicy rice cakes! I would highly recommend 10/10

I had the worst service of my life here just last night. Table of 8 for a birthday dinner. We got sat at 2 different tables and were asked not to push tables together, whatever. Then the waitress comes and takes 1 tables order then walking away. Then brings the drinks for 1 table, then we tell her we are all together and would like to order together. She said she will get to us when table 1 is done. Literally told her this 3 times thinking she was misunderstanding, but she refused to take our orders at all. Then by the time the 1st table had their first round of meats cooked, we still had yet to get water. Then waitress leaves for a LONG time. We stop another server as ours didn't appear again for 15+ minutes and politely ask for her to check on the situation. She took our drink order. Then the MANAGER/OWNER SEAN was berating the poor waitress who tried to help us. Unacceptable. We felt awful as she was doing a great job of checking on tables that weren't even hers. What a cluster. Then the drinks come and we had 2 identical alcoholic drinks. She takes one and gives it to another table. We tell her that's ours, she says no and brings us a bottle of something else which was not what we ordered (we asked for 2 soju cocktails and waters). So then she had to remake the drink. Mind you we had not raised a tone, used harsh words, or said anything that was rude. We figured she was stressed, we've all been servers before. Finally get the food order in. The food comes. The manager comes and talks to us and blames his "2 week old" serving staff, none of his lack of leadership or training for his employees. We told him our opinion on that end and he said we were welcome to leave. We responded half of our party was mid meal and we wouldn't ruin someone's birthday. ANOTHER TABLE next to us gets his attention and says they had the same experience and were glad we spoke up because it was sooooooooooo poorly managed. Manager was NOT happy but walked off, I'll give him that.In the end, we DID pay for the whole meal. We gave our initial server 20% each and then apologized to the server who tried to help us bc she got yelled at. Spoke with staff before leaving and they stated how abusive the manager was much of the time with yelling at them. Now let me say this. The food was out of this world. It was! This also wasn't our first time here. SO we know what the good experience is like. We didn't act like Karen's and demand any type of refund or discount, didn't yell, didn't say rude things. We simply wanted to have our group eat together, even if only slightly behind one another. But a 30+ minute gap with a TWO HOUR TIME LIMIT between ordering is unacceptable.I'd love to go back when SEAN is not there. Deplorable behavior on his behalf. And kudos to the 2 waitresses and all other staff CLEARLY working hard without any substantial leadership.

The service was very pleasant, the atmosphere appropriate and hip but the food was some of the worst we've had in a long time. The meat was tasteless, most of the other items were bland, and extremely disappointing. We both love Korean and had great expectations but this is not the spot for good food.

If you love Korean food this might be the place for you. I would not recommend if you are new to this venue. Way overpriced for the amount of food, even though it’s all you can eat. I couldn’t eat enough to justify the cost. The soup was very good, but you only get one one bowl and they charge you for more. The soup was the only thing thing I liked. $35 a person? Nope!

Porj Bulgogi is phenominal. Extra rice is now $2 additional dollars. I didn't know who our designated server was while we were there.
