I wanted to like this place so bad. I went for take out and live only 4 minutes away. Ordered a half chicken with 3 sides for dinner (potatoes, beans and rice). The only edible item was the beans. The rice was hard and undercooked, I couldn't even chew it. The potatoes were also rock hard and old. The chicken was burnt but soggy, mushy and cold. Seems like the food was cooked a while ago which is crazy because I ordered for dinner tonight at 5pm. You would think they would have decent quality for dinner. I've been here in the past and had a similar experience with the quality of food but it just never got better after each visit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The food was horrible!!! Potato salad was very bland, chicken was dry and not flavorful ?.... Cucumber and onion salad was decent, but the cucumber slices were too thick ??♀️... I'm good on this place! I will not return ??♀️??♀️...

Needed to find a new, local restaurant where we could order a team lunch. STL Rotisserie is a restaurant that I saw in a strip mall on the south side of Olive Blvd, just west of 270. Seemed worth a try so I found their menu on the internet and gave them a call. Drew (the owner) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was happy to take advance orders over the phone for pickup, so I put STL Rotisserie on our list for the November team lunch. I sent a pdf of their menu around via email, and everyone sent me their orders. After a quick call to Drew with those orders last Friday, I just dropped by today and picked everything up. Drew had the order waiting in an insulated bag and the names were on each meal. The meals were piping hot and every order was correct! We had cast a wide net from the lunch box options to sandwiches and even plate lunches. All of the food was incredibly flavorful and the portions were large. It made our group really happy to have what was basically home cooked "blue plate special" meals. Our team was ready to add STL Rotisserie back into our rotating list of restaurants even before we were through with our meals, so a "thumbs up" all around... I have been really impressed with Drew and the experience from start to finish - an A+! We will be back and I will tell others!

I'm writing this at 6pm on a Thursday. Hours clearly state they close at 7p.m. and I pull up to a locked door and a dark restaurant.Guess I'll have to take my chicken money somewhere else.Very disappointed. ?

Most excellent!!! Very impressed. Ordered the qtr chicken with potatoes and spicy black beans, wife had the same but with potato salad salad and everything was delicious. The chicken was moist and very tasty. All the side were spot on. Definitely put this on you places to stop, we'll definitely be back. The restaurant was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered 5 meals from here: 2 of the 1/2 chicken meals, 1 chicken/salmon combo meal, 1 brisket meal, 1 brisket/chicken meal. I spent about $100. The food was HORRIBLE!! Everything was cold, flavorless and unseasoned and burnt!! Even the sides were horrible! How do you mess up green beans? Will never return and do not recommend!! Look at my pics!! The brisket was super tough and dry. Food kept at very unsafe temperatures.

We came in about an hour before close. We were there at 6 PM. Half the menu items they didn't have. The food was cold. Flavor was not even BBQ-like. Utensils were so flimsy that is was very hard to even cut the meat.

Chicken was good. But my green beans I never ate. Cold. Not cut or prepped correctly. The roasted garlic potatoes was just a baked potato cut up. Nothing really roasted or garlic about them. I was excited to visit for the first time but I won’t be back.

So healthy and oh, so good. I opted for the combo platter which includes a meat and two sides. I'm a huge fan of salmon (got to get those omega 3s in somehow), so I got those and green beans and a Caesar salad. The green beans were fresh and crisp. I would have preferred they be a little more mushy but I still ate them, nonetheless. The Caesar was good. The dressing had a nice mixture of Parmesan but had a little twang to it. I appreciate the fact that I had enough dressing to cover all the lettuce instead of what was only on top. I got a pack of cookies (3 in a bag) and they were delicious. It's weird bc they're kind of flat and crumbly, but again, I still managed to finish them! The place is really clean and the atmosphere is chill. I'd def. come back.
