Didn’t honor coupon due to being a franchise (bad reason imo) and was not friendly about it.

I went to the subway considering now 3 times and it’s always close. Weekdays it shows 7 and weekends I guess 4 . I have visited that place 3 time two times at 5 and one time at 3 .I see the time of closing is not mentioned anywhere at the store as well . Once I was told not to enter as they are closing even I was there around 3 .

Says opened at 8:00. We got here at 20 after 7:00 already closed. Totally won't even acknowledge that we were here

Our bill was 35$ for two foot longs, 2 bags of chi0s and two small soda pops. The Philly steak had more mayo, lettuce, and pickles then meat

The guy that was working at lunch today (I don’t know his name) was so nice and helpful and he gave me two cookies instead of one and helped me pick out what I wanted and was polite and I appreciated him and hope he has a good rest of his day

I just got assaulted because I wanted extra spinach by a thr lady at the register and who charges extra for some spinach leafs and and punch's me in the face outside for calling out scandalous highway robbery prices. Don't ever go to this location and I should have pressed charges on the lady but I'm not gonna stoop to your establishment level. Go to location down the road on olive. It's much better . My first and last time at this location
They know longer heat a BMT rap which I love and now it is a melt so I tried one and it was a sloppy soggy mess and part of my order was missing when it was delivered. I also tried to call the driver In hopes to help make it easier to locate and they were very rude and hung up on me.

HORRIBLE experience! I took my immune compromised 85 year old mother to grab a quick sandwich between doctor's appointments and there was only one person working. I initially felt sorry for the guy, but then I realized, that despite the mask sign for customer's on the front door, he was preparing food completely unmasked. In addition, he went from register to preparing sandwiches in the same gloves. When he let me know that he didn't believe in the COVID vaccination, I was furious. We, of course, left. I would imagine this is a violation of the county health codes and needs to be addressed. Everyone has their right to not get the vaccine, but they shouldn't be allowed to work with food that's being served to anyone, let alone immune compromised elderly people.

I work nearby this location and usually get delivery. I decided to go in today. I am disabled and utilize a service dog. Someone from the location definitely had something to say about me bringing my medical equipment into the location to simply order a sandwich. I was told I could not bring my fully vested and identified service dog in. This is a violation of federal law and almost sent me into a medical episode. I let her know he was a service dog. She continued to have major attitude. She refused to serve me and another team member did. Do better training your employees or even just teaching them if they have nothing nice to say, don't say it!

Good Subway. Kind of hidden off of Olive in a small strip mall. I recommend this location more than the subway location a bit east of here on Olive
Was to packed
