Loved it in the 80's. Major hangout. Lost its appeal with the remodel. Menu items went way downhill before that. By early 2000's, I was about done.

I only gave this place one star because you have to. I had the absolute worst experience with this restaurant and I never even ate here. Last Thursday I ordered some pasta from here. I read so many horrible reviews I decided to cancel the order and just eat elsewhere. When I called in the lady working in take out was very rude. I told her i needed to cancel the order and long story short she basically kept trying to tell me it wasn’t there in the system (how ironic) but I’m looking smack dead at the charge in my bank account. So i ask for a manager. Manager gets on the phone ever more rude she cut me off every time I opened my mouth to speak. She was yelling and over talking me every chance she got and then placed me on hold and out the take out lady back on. She went on to tell me that she she sees the order now but will “try” to issue a refund her exact words “I’ll see what I can do” i go to check my account today and the charge is in fact STILL there! I’m livid. I will be going up there with the police! This is ridiculous

Hadn't been to a TGI Friday's in years. Literally. And I had never been to this location before. We were a bit worried they were closed when we arrived, as the parking lot was near empty. But it was a Wednesday around 3pm, so it's not the lunch rush.So glad we stopped here to eat! Every person we met was so friendly, helpful and sweet! The manager, Ali, even stopped by our table to say HI and make us feel welcome. She was like seeing an old friend.But, what about the food? Everything was great. We started with green bean fries and enjoyed those, but saved most for our to-go box. My wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and said it was yummy. I opted for the combo appetizer for my lunch (boneless wings in Buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese sticks, and potato skins). We had looked at the dessert menu while ordering, so we knew we'd get something sweet, but it was difficult to not just devour my lunch order.Everything came out hot and fresh, with excellent presentation. Plus, to top it all off, the brownie (served warm) with the ice cream on top was incredible! I would gladly go back here and encourage you to stop by! :)

Get this poor server, Ty?, some help. I felt bad for her until when I told her the mac and cheese tasted like water she said she would tell the kitchen, but it wasn’t her fault with a rude tone. The sandwiches were a hot mess. Bread on bottom was totally soaked you couldn’t eat it. Service was slow, but there were only like two servers we saw on a busy day. Cheese all over the bottom of the appetizer plate. Plates are ridiculously heavy also, so if you have bad hands, you might not want to pick them up. Told the hostess it was bad as we left and she just put her head down and went back to work notebook. Please invest in having employee wear name tags and bras. Staff looked unprofessional.

I came in at 930pm at the take out counter, I left at 1045pmThey want me to believe that I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes because there's was 20 orders placed ahead of me through uber eats. They also want me to believe the app these orders was placed and filled before mines when some drivers came 30 minutes and 45 minutes after me! THE LADY COULDN'T PROCESS A GIFT CARD AND WAS UPSET WHEN ASKED FOR A MANAGER! The manager was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and didn't care to listen to the complaint. Not one moment did it matter that I had been there more than a hour. My food was cold. Chicken OVER COOKED AND DRY. I GAVE MY FOOD TO THE DOG AND I SPENT NEARLY $60BUT I PROMISE THIS WILL ALSO GET BBB complaint with a corporate letter. They offered something complimentary after making me CRY AND ATTEMPTED YELL AT A UPSET CUSTOMER. THE PROFESSIONALISM IS OUT THE WINDOW

The wait was a little excessive for the amount of people they had. So we took a sit at the bar. Waitress was wonderful and courtesy. It was in st.louis suburbs late night Madi gawd weekend.. Food was fine.

Since I can't give them zero stars I will came them a 1 star. The customer service was horrible! Their was 6 people in our party. We waited over 30 minutes to get drinks and another hour for food. Once we finally got our food we had to ask for to-go boxes because we all had to go back to work! We literally were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and none us got to eat our lunch at the restaurant we all brought back to the office to eat! DON'T NOT GO HERE - SERVICE AND FOOD ARE NOT WORTH THE WAIT!

The appetizers came out with the food, I had to get salt and pepper from another table, never ask if I needed a refill on my drink. And the manager was part of this problem. Customer service has been a problem at this location for sometime now.

Y'all, this was rough. I never EVER write a bad review because i'm a very patient and understanding person. Covid-19 has changed the way of food, and dining out and that's 100% understandable. But oh lordy, this was different. We were sat down in an area that no servers were assigned to. People near us walked in 30 min after us and had their food and left before we even got our drinks. We waited 52 minutes before we were asked what we'd like to eat. The server, Kim. A GOD SEND. She was great, especially given the circumstances of having to now manage 2 other tables that weren't supposed to have people sitting at. She was working with what she had and she worked well. Couldn't complain about Kim. Now, for the meal, I got a steak and my girlfriend got chicken tenders (). Thank god the chicken tenders were cooked properly because I might've had a meltdown if my partner experienced what I did. RAW YALL. THAT STEAK WAS RAWWW. I can still taste the taste of it. I am a young adult, I have never cooked a steak so I figured if I ordered a medium rare new york strip (which I had never had), maybe they are just more red? Nope. Notta. Raw yall. We had the dish removed from our ticket due to the kindness of sweet Kim. But honesty, don't put yourself at risk to drink a beer and watch a football game because it isn't worth it. Kim, keep your head up, you were the best part of our experience.

Rotten spoiled chicken wings. I took 1/2 of a bite and had to spit and run to wash my mouth with soap in the bathroom. The burger meat was also spoiled but they put so much toppings on it to try to cover it but I got home after eating only 1/3 of the burger and was violently sick for 2 days. We also ordered the boneless wings and every one of them was batter only no meat. The waiter Terry was super apologetic but acting strangely at the same time. He brought our 2nd batch of wings and then came back 2 minutes or so later to get them off the table saying they belonged to someone else. When he brought ours he stood there to watch if we were going to eat them. After the one bite and I told him they were spoiled he said he knew because that's what everyone has said including the cook. Please close your doors before a huge lawsuit ensues.

Service was horrible, constantly had to ask for napkins and condiments. Kayla acted like she had better things to do than to focus on providing service. Then the girl serving the food acted like she was too good to help also.
