I went to subway today and the service was above and beyond . The sandwich artist was so nice and explained everything to my daughter she wanted to order her own sandwich.
I would give a 0 if that were an option. I ordered online 2 wraps and a foot long along with 4 chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived to get my ordered I asked if the cookies were in the bag. They guy behind the counter said no because they were out. I then said I have already paid for them so can get my money back. I was then told no. I asked so I have to pay for food I don't get and the cashier stated if I wanted they could just give me cheesecake cookies (which I don't like). Then when getting home the foot long wasn't even wrapped in the paper. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered thru Door Dash app and order was right when placed and immediately acknowledged by Subway. When order arrived to our home only 1 sandwich was made as requested. The other 2 sandwiches the bread was wrong and the toppings were wrong. Ordered Turkey on Italian Cheese bread with onions, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers with Chipotle sauce and received Turkey on 9 grain bread with onions, pickles, black olives, lettuce, and onion teriyaki sauce. The bread and toppings were for my husband's Spicy Italian sandwich and he received my bread with my toppings. Subway blamed Door Dash, but still to this day the order shows how we ordered it and the order we placed was accepted immediately by Subway upon placing the order so it is hard to believe Door Dash changed what I entered before sending the order.
