The only complaint I have is how long it took to Simply get our drinks and then waiting on our food. The waitress was having to deal with being understaffed; creating the problems with receiving our drinks and our food in in a decent amount of time. The appetizers came in a tire we met her however receiving simply our drinks and finally receiving our orders for our meals was approximately a 45 minute wait or longer. By the time we received three of our meal orders the others were finished with theirs already. I ended up taking half of my food order back home as two of my 3 grandsons had already received and finished eating before I even received my own meal. I was visiting my son and my 3 grandsons for the weekend.

A little sad my jalapeno burger was not very full of jalapeño flavor. The roasted pepper on top was not very appealing and added very little to the flavor. Service was great but I will not get that burger again.

My boyfriend and I went on a date here tonight and received our food quickly but had long waits for quality service. Very inattentive and uncaring employees. We have never felt more invisible before.

Went a little before 4pm with my son after school when it was very slow, probably shift change. Wanted to sit in the bar area but was asked to sit in the “galley” next to the door where the bartender comes in and out along half wall to the kitchen. Two guys in the bar were fixing the glass sanitizing machine so I was able to watch them for my time there. On the other side of the wall was about 7 servers getting ready to start their nights. We were finally greeted by the manager I assume after 10 minutes of sitting there and she took our drink orders and we received our drinks. When we got our drinks my son spilled some of his water and we used the napkins we were given ahead of time to clean it up. Our server showed up in the meantime so we ordered our food with her. When our food was ready our server came by dropped the food on the way to somewhere else without saying a single word and we stopped her on her way back to ask for some extra napkins…SHE ACTUALLY ROLLED HER EYES at me! My 12 year old son was even shocked! I did have to ask for a box but quietly paid my tab on the little tablet and left. Will not be dining in restaurant again.
