I’m new to being a chick fil a customer. The food is really good and the best customer service I have experienced at any fast food place. When dealing with fast food it is hard to get consistent service and product. This location is doing a great job keep up the hard work
Let's start off acknowledging the obvious - this is fast food. However you expect more from Chick-Fil-A based on their reputation. They do not disappoint here. I come to this location occasionally to meet a friend for lunch. Their open seating area is always clean and I really like that they have a nice patio for good weather days. Really great customer service and fast delivery of services. Store manager was so kind to offer refills while we were eating, which at a mall location, is unheard of. I usually don’t make review’s especially at mall locations, but best experience I’ve had at a mall. Food was amazing as always.
