I love going to this Jersey Mike’s it is the best. The only complaints I have is the Tuna salad is loaded with black pepper and burns my mouth really bad. I do not like spicy food.Also I noticed that no women work there. Maybe they do in the afternoon? The guys there are all very nice & helpful. I really like the #8 sub club. It is the best.

We don't get to eat here very often because we live about an hour away but their subs are so good. I love the thinly sliced deli meat and the mayonnaise they use is the best. I wish they had toasted subs because I like mine that way at other sandwich shops. The employees at this location are super friendly and seem to have a good time with the other employees.

I've never been to Jersey Mike's before. But my boss and I were talking about cheesesteaks last week. He said if he's not going to Philly, this is a decent substitute that he can get anywhere. The #17 Mike's Famous Philly. It was pretty good. Nice bread, nice meat, nice veg, nice cheese. Good service, employees were professional and friendly. I just marked down one star because it was pretty pricey. $13.62 for a regular sandwich and a soda. Ouch. It was good, but today I went to Schnucks and got a foot long sub and a soda for about $6 that I will have for two meals, so I couldn't justify to my budget coming here often.
I went today for lunch since there isn't a Jersey Mikes near where I live, and they were so awesome about it being my first time! The lady who made my sandwich was patient and understanding, and I felt so welcomed! The guy who checked me out was excellent too! I loved the staff, and the sandwich was super good too! I would drive the 25 minutes to return just for those two! Went above and beyond to make my experience a little more comfortable and just that much more enjoyable! Thank you for the wonderful first time and sandwich! :D

So hard to find good service that is eager to help and the crew here really does a great job and you can tell they take extra pride in their work to make sure that each sub is a masterpiece. We came during a rush recently and they worked like a team to make sure the line went down quickly. I got a hot sub and it was perfect. Fresh homemade tasting bread...what is not to like.

We work close by and have ordered carry out 3 times. Twice, the order was incorrect. The first time, we let it go. The second time, the order was so wrong 2 people could not eat their sandwiches. I called the Manager and he said he could remake the order if we could run back over or he would issue a refund. Our lunch break was over so we opted for the refund. That was on March 7th, 2023. Tomorrow will be one month and STILL NO REFUND...I lose faith in a restaurant when they consistently mess up an order but being LIED to is an absolute deal breaker. What kind of a Manager does not follow through on their word? Not a good one that is for sure!!
