The atmosphere and decor make this the perfect gathering spot for any type of get-together with friends, family, or coworkers. We had our wedding reception here and we loved every minute. One visit and you will certainly become a regular too. “My first couple of visits were great! Food was good, service was good, etc. However, as of recently, going here feels like a disappointment. I took my sister to treat her to some boba, we got the order and not even 5 sips into the cup, AS we walked the small distance between the store and my parked car, it ran out and all that remained was ice. It is even more disappointing considering it was a children’s cup. The same happened with mine, and mine was a much larger cup. Quite literally, 75-80% of the cups were ice cubes. It feels like a waste of money when things like this occur and demotivates us from going here again, as it has happened multiple times now even with light ice requests.“
“Very fast, very friendly. I ordered at the kiosk and it was very easy. The descriptions of their special drinks are a bit confusing to order, but I asked the lady behind the counter and she was able to help me. I got a taro bubba tea and a strawberry cheese tea both were yummy and the bubba had a nice texture“
“Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Every plate had vibrant colors and a variety of lovely textures. The hash browns had a perfectly even layer of golden brown crisp to them. The pico de gallo was bright and authentic. The only part I didn't love was the chorizo, which was fine but not as rich and well-spiced as the chorizo I'm used to. The atmosphere is very conducive to long conversations and multiple cups of coffee or rounds of drinks, if you're into that at breakfast. Overall, this place is what First Watch wanted to be when it was a kid but never lived up to.“

“Boba tea seems to be all the rave these days although I've been hip to boba tea for almost 20 years now. I was shopping in the area and thought I'd finally stop by and try it. There was some homeless people camped out by the door so I had to dodge them to get inside. Once inside, it's like an influencer's dream set up. Cozy, intimate seating with wall decor and table garnishment for really nice photos. I ended up ordering a coffee slush with no additional garnishments (i.e. boba balls). They also have a kiosk where you can place your own order and pay. My coffee was up in about 4 minutes. When I took that first sip, it was like having coffee ice cream. I will defintely be back to try some more menu items but so glad I finally got to stop in!“

I strongly advise including the vegetarian patty along with the salad (P22). In addition to being a good value for the money, the salad's crunchiness complemented the tasty flavor of the hand-made patties. The majority of the menu items include a vegan option, and they range from smoothies to soups and bowls. The service is excellent here. If you're looking for a quick bite, they're happy to answer any queries and the turnaround time is rapid. The atmosphere is excellent. As you can see from the picture of my freezer, I go in and absolutely stock up on food for work every month (it’s more convenient for me this way). I run an undergraduate exercise science program at a local university and the food choices on campus are underpriced, way undervalued, and rarely a great option from a health standpoint. I often get a mix of meals, but try to choose the extra protein options when I can. The quality and quantity of the food is exactly what I’m looking for from a breakfast or lunch meal, they are quick to heat up, and the flavor has been great! They save me time, money, and ensure I’m not overeating.My students know all about CleanEatz now and we discuss the ease of use with coaching clients with weight loss goals or those trying to create new behaviors.I can’t recommend them enough!I have also eaten in the store 1-2 times for a non-frozen/fresh meal and have purchased a smoothie. All have been great!Last time I was in with my son I bought over 20 meals and had to use 3 baskets…a couple ladies eating there and I joked about it, lolGreat atmosphere, polite and helpful staff!I am the State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. My eldest chose a build your own bowl with their beef and Carolina sauce. He devoured it and asked if we could come back tomorrow! That's a definite vote of confidence from my picky 8 year old! Our youngest gobbled up the GF pancakes and based off his sticky, syrupy fingers, enjoyed every bite. I snuck a bite and oh my gosh, I would eat these over regular pancakes any day! “I was super excited to finally try Berry Box! They are conveniently located inside of my gym (also in the Foundry). I stopped by for a coffee after my workout and I'm glad I jumped in line before the post-class rush. I ordered the Berry Box late which had blue spirulina and blueberry syrup. I ordered oat milk and was surprised it was an $1 upgrade I haven't seen that in awhile. The girl who rang me up also left my cup on the counter a long time too while helping and serving other customers behind me. When she got to making mine it was worth the wait! For a healthy coffee with add ins it didn't taste chalky which I definitely appreciate. And I love the mantras on the cups. They are still really new and working out some kinks so I'm sure I'll be updating this review really soon.“

It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“
