First I had to wait behind 1 person in the line because he told the cashier he was on the phone so give him 15 minutes before he orders. Tell him to get out of the way. Secondly, don’t also make me wait at the window for 10 minutes before you open it for the first time.

Good food. Lousy new cinnamon roll. They should have never changed their recipe. I’m sure they will not be selling as of them going forward.

The people are so nice but the quality of food is such garbage. This is like the third time. I've gotten the sandwich from there and it's been wrong.. The fact that you think serving this to somebody. When it costs seven dollars is just insanity. It's supposed to be a bacon Avocado chicken melt And you guys couldn't even toast the bread.. Let alone the fact it's barely filled.. I'm so tired of over priced bad food..get it together..

Probably one of the better bread Co that I've been to. Food was made fast and was hot and tasted great. The system was suppose to text me when my order was done but never did so I was waiting longer than I had too. Place was super busy and some employees seemed agitated. Careful where you park. If drive through is busy, you might get blocked in.

The food was excellent like always but my experience in the drive-through was not good when the girl with black pigtails was taking my order she would be very rude speaker at the window she had snatched my card out of my hand without saying anything and I was very rude when handing me the food she also was not reaching her arm out of the window to hand me my order to the point where I had to open my car door for no reason when I was parked close

We all know Panera Bread are really fine restaurants. This particular Panera however lacks in attention to detail. It is the closest location to my home so we order pick up fairly often. Unfortunately too many times I get home and there is something missing. A pickle here and a bag of chips there. Today it was a wrong sandwich not even on the order replacing the correct sandwich that should have been there. I guess ultimately I am to blame for having confidence that the mistakes would be the few and far between. At this location it’s chronic so I have to take an extra step to open the bag and check all contents. Good news is there is a new Shake Shack opening up next door! So long Panera!!!

I frequent St. Louis Bread Co./Panera and enjoy all the foods I've tried. Nice, clean, fresh foods. I still prefer being waited on by a human over a kiosk so sometimes have to wait a bit depending on the location, but this day the service was quick.

Visited twice this week and ordered the bagels but the first visited ordered one was sliced very unevenly such as 1/8 vs 7/8. The second visit I ordered 1/2 dozen but it was only 5 in the bag when I came home and checked. I was very disappointed and tried to call them but never connected with person and besides there was no email to communicate.

The worst Breadco/Panera ever. The cashier didn’t understand what I was trying to order, even though it was right there on the menu above her on the wall. We even showed her. After she took our order she didn’t produce a receipt, so I asked for one. Sure enough, my order was incorrect. She found a manager who said she’d make the correct sandwich for me, but when she said that the mistake sandwich was already in the oven, I said I’d take it rather than waiting longer. Manager then comped us a few cookies that she bagged for us.On to the pickup area, where our order was nowhere to be seen. Eventually we asked what was going on and they produced our sandwiches. Mine had been sitting on the counter in front of the oven, not yet wrapped. Of course, it turned out to be lukewarm at best. All this time an iced drink sat on the counter, and sure enough, it was mine, after sitting there melting while we waited for my sandwich which the manager had said was in the oven. There were a number of workers in there scurrying around, but the manager that had come to the register was nowhere to be seen. There were almost no other customers. My “overstuffed ham and cheese” sandwich was anything but overstuffed. There was minimal ham on it and it was on about an 8 inch baguette which nobody had bothered to cut in half. This was truly one of the most bizarre restaurant experiences I’ve ever had and far below the quality that’s normal in a Panera outlet (I have visited some when out of state, where they operate as Panera.) I’ve heard they were sold to one of the national conglomerates, so maybe this is yet another sad instance of a well liked local restaurant chain going down the drain after being swallowed up by one of those national corporations. If upper level management doesn’t sit up and pay attention, I fear that one of my favorite sandwich places will be history. I say this because I see that the others nearby were also poorly rated. The one I most frequently use when out of town is still good.

A little too pricey for my wallet. Didn't care for Ceasar salad. But the iced coffee was delicious!

Walked in, almost every table was dirty. Finally found a table then a friend and I just decided to sit outside.Even the atmosphere inside was just off, didn't seem friendly at all.We sat out side and had an hour conversation and didn't even order food or drinks, just didn't seem like the place to be.

It's quaint and not too loud. The customers seem to be very business casual. I don't see a lot of diversity, but it seems welcoming. I think the lack of diversity is just the area. This is actually one of the better bread co.

Super sick and really wanted food. My order was super incorrect (missing items, poorly made sandwich without modifications requested, chicken soup all broth). When we got home I called, I have strep throat and can barely talk. The way they dealt with the issue was even worse, it’s obvious this is a chain and employees couldn’t care less.

I just spent over $40 on take out. Mostly it was ok, but there was no turkey on my mother's turkey sandwich. You.see the problem, right? Then I tried to call them and got an automated message to place an order through the website. Not ok.
