I went to Dexter Queen and ordered a cheeseburger basket and a chicken strip basket for my girlfriend. They brought out a burger with fries and chicken sandwich with fries, which was fine because people make mistakes. I ordered a new chicken strip basket and ate the chicken sandwich while I waited and my girlfriend just had some fries while she waited for the chicken strip basket. They then brought out another chicken sandwich so I told them I ordered the chicken strip basket twice and got sandwiches both times. They took the sandwich and fries back. Had to wait for the food for the third time just to get burnt tenders with no fries. One of the workers asked if we had gotten free ice cream, and we said no. We figured they would give us a coupon or tell us we could have some but after five or so more minutes of waiting, there was nothing so we left. Opened the cheeseburger later to discover no cheese. Definitely not going back. Summary: Got three wrong food items, third time it was burned, forgot my fries, asked if I got ice cream for free and said I said no and they just ignored me and forgot about it

I grew up in Dexter and came to eat with my family while visiting for Thanksgiving. Wow time has been hard on this little restaurant. Whoever the new owners are need to sell! Customer service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. In customer service, when you make a mistake you own it. You don’t blame it on the customer. Sell it back or learn how to do customer service!
