“Very nice atmosphere.waitress was wonderful & fast service. Food choices blew us away. Anyone can find something they like with the menu. Drinks were awesome. All 3 of us ordered steaks. The steaks were pretty darn good, even considering the thick fatty side down the entire length all 3 of ours. All 3 were cooked properly as to our tastes( 2 rare & 1 medium rare). The only thing preventing me from giving it the full 5 stars was the extremely thick fatty side on all 3 steaks. Made cutting it up a little more work & added to the weight no doubt.“

“This was country like restaurant old traditional cafe. The service was good food was just ok. I probably won't go back. It's not my style but it might be good for older adults that enjoy sitting and drinking coffee in the morning.“

“This place is awesome. Loved reading the back history of it. They had a special running when i went..If you bought a burger you got a free draft beer with it. Can't wait to go back and experience it during warmer weather.Parking: Some parking in front across the street and over to the side.“

“Great place, great service and great atmosphere! Truly a gem and unique place to go. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the prices are pretty high. My daughter and just got a burger and chicken strips and each got a sweet tea and it was $50.“

“Stopped in for an early Saturday evening dinner. Glad I did as it filled up quickly. They've done a nice job at providing a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere w/ am le room to move and games at most tables to enjoy. There are two side to the facility, the smaller west side which holds the kitchen and some general dining seating, and a small tasting room that resembles an old vault. The east side has lounge seating, restrooms, bar seating, and mostly hightop seating. Capacity is in the 60s so the occupancy sign states. The food is somewhat unique as They've put their own spin on it. There's even a mystery "Dad Special" which is like spinning a wheel to see what you get from the kitchen (figuratively). They guarantee you'll like it. I received a breakfast chicken and french toast style burger and fries. Wasn't bad, but hoped for more savory. Fun nonetheless. My company really enjoyed the Briar & Thistle and have returned a few times. They're right on the Neosho square and have sidewalk level entry on the pub side, and steps on the west side entry. Food is available and served on bothe sides of the facility. Parking is limited around the square, so be patient, or expect a short, reasonable walk.Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Prices are average to today's 2024 pub menus when dining out. Enjoy!Parking: Parking streetside outside, both immediately out front and within a shor walking distance.Wheelchair accessibility: Very limited ADA parking. Pub side will accommodate ADA needs. Restaurant side has steps. Able to dine with ADA needs on the pub side. A gentlemen came in with his walker on that side and dined fine, but didn't navigate the steps to the restaurant side. Menu is on the wall facing the pub, so patrons are still able to choose their food if desired. The staff will assist with ordering and serving.“

“Called ahead of time and they were waiting for me. Small almost slider sized but good! Some outdoor seating available. Next to a play area for kids. I would order from there again.Kid-friendliness: Play area for the kids with many options to keep them busy and wear them out!Parking: Lots of areas. It could even probably accommodate 18 wheelers.Wheelchair accessibility: Gravel parking lot but no steps to get to the pickup window.“
