I was hired here recently as a quality tech. My 1st day was on a Thursday. By noon on Tuesday, just 3 work days later, I had had enough and walked out. My main issue was how they speak to the workers / production team, the tones and the demeaningness of it. Chris F. (plant manager) and Frances B. (Quality Supervisor) were both especially rude in how they talk to people, but I had also seen line leads speak to these mostly Mexican Immigrant workers in rude and uncalled for tones as well. I was also told that Steve (manager) was notorious for even cussing at them and name-calling, though I never actually witnessed his transgressions. I could've fell in line and just worried about my own work, but no matter what my role in any company is, I've always empathize with the general operators and team members because I was once that person. Besides, it costs nothing to speak to people with respect. My next issue with them was in fact more personal. The training I was receiving was horrendous. Frances was supposed to be training me, however on just my 2nd day I was thrown to the wolves to figure most things on my own. I have been in quality since 2015, and always excel in the quality positions I've held, but every company of course is not the same, so the idea is to learn each company's own system and how they do things. That is hard to do when the person who is supposed to be training you spends much of her time outside smoking. My 2nd day there I was asked by Steve to ship out samples as it would be a part of the job I would be doing. He instructed Frances to show me how it's done. It was lunch time. Frances said we would do it after my lunch. When my lunch was over she had just knocked it out herself. The average person would be like "okay cool". Not me, because I'm always in it to actually learn my job. On top of that Frances had training scheduled a week after I started and wouldn't be there I was told, so I would be expected to do this on my own not having a clue because I was never shown. It felt like I was being set up for failure. There is a mixer named Leon. He seemed like a really nice guy. One day I heard Frances say some things to him in a very rude tone. This came just after I also heard Chris F. snap on another person for no reason. This was my 3rd day. I remember mentioning to Leon later that day that I wouldn't be at that company long. I was thinking weeks or maybe when I found another job. I didn't know that the very next day I would have had enough and walk out. A lot of people do reviews as disgruntled former employers who were fired or as a way to get back at their employers. I would never do that. In this review I am standing solely on honesty. I'm not adding anything nor subtracting anything. The pay was fair, and from what I saw about my position it was also fairly easy (minus the technical and detailed things I was never shown), so for me to just quit speak volumes about the toxic work environment here, especially since I walked out not even having another job lined up. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to those seeking employment. I almost forgot one last thing - this company does NOT offer medical benefits. Beware!

Pretty slow place. 2 hours + to load each truck. If you are low on hours or in a hurry I don’t recommend coming here. 2 docks but one one truck loaded at a time ?♂️

Most unethical company ever!!!! The only way this company is still in business is because they have screwed over many other businesses. We provided a service for them, we completed (6) shipments for them and they never paid us. Come to find out... there's a long list of companies they've screwed over in the same way. We've reached out to every staff member there and no one has even had enough respect to respond to us. I will continue to report their shady business practices in hopes others will not be screwed over.
